I think that they run a racket on the tesla loaners and charge the insurance with luxury rentals. Their main focus was to secure as much money they could procure for themselves ignoring all the requests of the customers. In total they took around $12,000 for a repair of less than $2000 for an average paint shop. (they tell everyone a minimum of three weeks!)

Suddenly, on December 5, they emailed demanding the loaner back immediately and threatened a police report for "failure to return a rental vehicle." I called their rep (Alfonso), who said he would extend the loaner--he never followed up. That evening, the loaner was remotely disabled (Valet Mode) while I was driving, stranding me overnight in 20°F snowy/rainy weather on a busy DC street. I had to pay for towing myself to avoid freezing. The next morning (December 6), they called police (Rockville and Prince George's County), claiming I failed to return the rental. They also told officers my Florida license was "fake" or fraudulent. Police cleared me immediately. I repeatedly explained my disabilities (immune-compromised, OCD, ADHD, anxiety) and asked for accommodations to get my medication and belongings from the loaner (less than ¼ mile away at a friend's house). They refused and left me stranded without transportation or meds ever since. Now they demand over $14,000 in storage/rental fees--almost as much as the repair estimate--yet no work was ever done on my car. I have video, emails, bills, and records. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Avoid if you value safety and clear communication.

The NTB by Hungerford didn't have an opening until 1pm and I have to catch a flight at 5pm. I called Rockville Tire and Auto around 10am. He told me it would only take 30min, but a bay wouldn't be opened until about 11-1130am. I arrived at 11am and by 1122a, they found the culprit of the leak (stupid nail), patched my tire, and I was on my merry way! The price was very reasonable ($25.11 includes tax). The staff was very courteous. The inside of the shop is clean and has a 3 seater couch, a 2 seater, and a single chair. I can vouch for the comfiness of the three seater. There's a tv, an empty water dispenser, a Keurig (no k cups in there), and free wifi. While there were no K Cups out, you could certainly ask for them.
