Those reviews certainly inspired a lot of confidence for me, so I contacted them to schedule a service, and not surprisingly, the representative I spoke to was accommodating and professional. Every time they've performed a detailing on my Jeep, they've done an exceptional job. I appreciate the care they've shown towards my vehicle, and they've paid close attention to details -- nothing was overlooked. In fact, after the gentleman finished detailing my Jeep today and showed me the work he'd done, he actually showed me the under-the-seat storage in the back that I had never even known was there before. Clearly, this man is detail-oriented. Yet again, he worked efficiently, and spoke to me courteously. Grateful to have found this business, I plan to continue working with them regularly in the future.

My car went on a number of long trips and suffered a sick dog. It was quite a mess! So I called Sharp Detailing and made an appointment for Sunday morning. Having overslept, I ran out to my car to find Elvis had already washed the outside. I opened the car and showed him the interior. Elvis assured me he could make it almost like when I bought it. He was wrong; my car looked and smelled way better than when I bought it! I was so happy to have a sweet and sparkling ride again! I cannot recommend Sharp Detailing enough: Elvis was polite and gracious, the inside of the trunk was amazing, and every little crevice of the interior sparkled. Marcell and Rosa did an incredible job for me. I felt like I got way more than for which I paid. They really went over and above what I expected. The car had been driven by someone else for years, so it was full of small pieces of trash, broken toothpicks, etc, and it came out as clean as it would have been on a dealership floor. Marcell has a real passion for this, and it showed 100%. I'll probably never use another company for this again. read more

Wow. These guys did a great job cleaning out the interior of my work truck. Seats were stained with dirt l, floor mats covered in dirt and gunk from years of not being cleaned. It all looks better than new now. The tech was able to come earlier than expected, explained to me the process of what he was doing, and took care of the work efficiently. The main man Martin from Sharp Detail came through and made the interiors of my 2006 Mini Cooper R50 and my 2009 Audi A8 L 4.2 look and smell as if they were once again brand new. I was impressed with how meticulous he was in his detailing process with each car even on a very cold day. We had one SUV and one luxury sedan provided with an interior and exterior detail. The SUV was used to transport our pets on occasion and was pretty dirty. They made it look almost new. They also did an outstanding job in my sedan as well. I've received several compliments on how good the paint looked after the exterior treatment. Thomas and Terrence arrived at the expected time, greeting me in a friendly, professional manner and walked me through what they would do for me. They went about their business in 3 hours or so., leaving with a very clean interior and exterior of my truck. This was a good experience from start to finish. Cyril performed the signature level service on a 2006 Solara convertible that has never received a deep cleaning. I went inside to pay and when I came out his guy was showing me how great of a detailer he was because he noticed some issues on my cars hood (there were no issues just bugs) - so he was scrubbing my hood with a "compound" as he called it and a microfiber cloth. My car is six months old, and the microfiber cloth he scrubbed with left the entire hood with micro scratches on the black paint. I was furious, but the damage was done - why he thought this was OK is subject for another review. Anyway - after the damage was done I called Squeaky Clean and spoke with Jonathan who is extremely friendly and polite on the phone. He asked for photos of the damage before telling me they could help or not. I took a picture and he called me right back and told me has done work like this (fixing damage by other detail shops) and could help. I booked an appointment for 48 hours later. The appointment was for 7am and his crew showed up at 7:01am. They worked diligently for three hours and restored the exterior of my car to better condition than it was when I drove it off the lot. They removed all the damage done by the shoddy shop in Silver Spring and did so while I got to sit around on a Sunday morning watching TV in pajamas - the best of both worlds. If you need a car detail, call Jonathan - don't risk going to shops where they will damage your car, it isn't worth the savings!
