I had never had my car detailed before. I just didn't find it necessary. I would give it a wash once or twice a month, but it was okay. However, my brother borrowed it for their 3-day camping trip last week. I hesitated with the idea since Im quite familiar with what happens in senior high school camps like that. But he insisted, so I ended up saying yes, anyway, with the explicit instruction to keep it as clean as when he borrowed it. As expected from an 18-year old, my Nissan Sentra came back the complete opposite of what I had instructed him. You could see traces of the camp all over it: there was dirt on the wheels and the tires, the overall look appeared totally terrible. When I checked the interiors, it was even worse: dusty, muddy, and smelled of beer and god knows what else. Then I gave Your Detail a call. It was a random choice. I saw their profile on Yelp, and the reviews looked great. I asked if they could come out, and the next day, a detailer was there ready for me. He was the professional type, obviously knowledgeable and confident with what to do with the car. Initially, I simply expected for them to get rid of the dirt that my brother had caused, but as it turned out, their job was more than just that. They owned it!!! The exteriors took about an hour, since there was so much dirt underneath and even on the paintwork. The interiors, took longer, probably two hours. I was beginning to feel hopeless, but the detailer was really good and was really meticulous. He made it appear as though the camp had never happened. After the job, my car had become even better than how it looked before my brother borrowed. Lessons learned: I would never lend my car to my brother anymore, and I would regularly take my car to Your Detail. They are amazing! read more

Found your detail online and have zero regrets. Rates are actually so reasonable compared to other detailers, and the pricing is fully transparent on their site which i love to see. Got the superior interior package and it was my first time ever detailing my car so i was a little nervous, but Thomas was the best. Super sweet, no bad vibes whatsoever, and he answered every single one of my questions. Communication was on point the whole time, kept me updated, and he showed up on time (actually a little early, which i appreciated). He cleaned everything from the floor mats to all the fibers (honestly my main concern), the dashboard dust, the window smudges, the trunk and the frunk. Came out flawless, and they deodorize so it smells brand new even though i don't even use perfumes. The whole thing is fully mobile too, their own equipment, water, and power straight out of their own trucks. Genuinely so impressed and satisfied for the price. Using Your Detail has been a great experience from scheduling all the way to the finished product. Finding a time that fit into my schedule and booking the appointment was very convenient through their website. I appreciate their upfront transparency with their prices as well. A few days before my appointment, I received a confirmation text with the time frame that the detailer should arrive. They let me know the morning of that they would be arriving closer to the end of that time frame due to their water tank being frozen. I very much appreciated the open communication from them. Once Thomas arrived, he got started right away on my car and did a great job! We live in a heavily wooded area, have longhaired pets, use my car for all of our home improvement projects, and I've never had it detailed in the 3.5 years I've owned it so it was a mess. Thomas was able to get it looking better than ever! He even got out some stains that were on the seats when I bought the car. All told, I'm very happy with the service that I received from everyone at Your Detail and I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs detailing. read more

Today has only been the second time for me to have my car detailed at this place. The last time was great too, but I had forgotten about putting in a review, so I am doing it now, because I just really had to, they are wonderful. You see, I have been to a lot of other service centers and detailers in the past, so I know what I mean when I say they are good. The detailer that did the job for me twice, really knew where to check and what to do and his service attending me and just during the detail is great. I was watching the entire time and I was quite happy with what I saw. Also, the prices are great. What you would pay for their premium package is what you would pay for a basic one at most other detailers. So it's a pretty good deal. Plus their staff are always very nice and accommodating. Lastly, they remember you, they can search you in their system and will make special discounts. They build rapport with their customers. They're not like other shops where staff obviously just want to be over and done with your job. Check them out. Thanks. read more

I searched on-line for a mobile detailer and went with Your Detail because of the number of 5-star reviews. After having my car and truck detailed today, I know why they get high marks. Scheduling is easy and they have a nice range of services. Their customer service is excellent. They communicated with me immediately after booking the service, two days before the day of the service and with hours after the work was completed (to ensure I was satisfied). My detailer was Elvis, and he did an outstanding job. My car is black and six years old. He made it look brand new both inside and out. My truck is almost 2 years old and it looks like it just came out of the showroom. Elvis did both vehicles on a day when the temperature got out of the 30's. He was professional and worked steady from start to finish. Compared to other detailers I found on-line; Your Detail was very reasonable. I will be using the service again in six months or so and I highly recommend them if you are looking to have a vehicle detailed. read more

I recently had my car detailed as a birthday gift, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From the moment they arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and patient as this was my first time working with a company. The interior detailing was impressive. They cleaned every nook and cranny, including the hard-to-reach places between the seats and the center console. Driving around in a clean car always feels good, it makes you feel better. Every time we'd go for road trips with my friends we'd always end up using my car. The filth that was in the car made it look like a pig pen. The state of my car was just bad. So I asked my boyfriend for the best detailing service around and he recommended me to try out this particular shop he had used before for a family gift. I called to check it out the following day and how they treated me through the phone just made me want to use their services, what a great customer service! The detailer that came to my house was so friendly and they assured me that I'd fall in love with them after seeing the final result. It took them close to four hours, I think because I got the complete car detailing service, I decided that because it was a really good price; $280. When they were done I was literally in shock! It's not easy finding the ideal car wash place especially if you are a new car owner who hasn't yet figured out such things, it was my first car detail ever. Good thing is we now have YELP to find out companies close to us. I was looking for a mobile detailer that could come out to my house in Washington so this was a hit. They contacted me sending them a message through yelp, which was nice that they contacted so quickly. But for now I really love the services offered by these guys. They really know how to ensure that the costumer is satisfied. I paid 180$ for a full detail, which was a really good price if you ask me. Since the detail my friends always ask me where I get my car detailed and I've been recommending you guys to everyone I know. Luckily they've all been giving me positive feedback on their experience with you guys. You are definitely one of the best detailing shops around. I own a seven year old Toyota. It no longer looked great because I hadn't really taken care of it properly. So I was already thinking of selling it so inexpensively because it didn't look all that appealing. But you see, a friend of mine works at a dealership, and insisted that my car was worth more than what I was selling it for. He suggested that I don't sell the car, instead, restore it, or at least improve its appearance, and that's how he ended up recommending me to Your Detail, a detailer he's worked with numerous times. I gave it a try. I called them up the next morning, and since they said they would come in the afternoon it was great idea. Since the difference between the basic and the premium packages didn't seem too much, I went for the better one. And my friend was right. Detailing, especially at Your Detail, is done so well, such that my car looked so much better and newer than it previously had. The stains, the spots, and the stench were all gone. I've been driving my car for 11 years now, so I didn't use to really think anymore about its appearance, the dirt it, and the very, annoying smell it exuded. I just thought it's part of driving an old car that you couldn't get rid of. Until a coworker of mine who calls himself a car connoisseur asked for a ride with me. And while on the road, he heavily criticized my car, teasing me about the dirt and the smell. He gave me the card of his detailer, and to cut the long story short, that's how I end up calling to Your Detail that same weekend. The people at Your Detail are really friendly and professional. They informed and suggested a package that would really suit me. I waited about two hours till they were done with it. The detailer that helped me at Your Detail was excellent. He isn't like any of the other detailers or even technicians I have worked with in the past. I think he genuinely cares for his customer. Anyway, my car had been unbelievably dirty because it was used in transporting a few of my kitchen things when I moved to an apartment in town last week. I didn't know what to do with it. I tried vacuuming and washing on my own but there was so much that won't come off. I did what anyone else in that situation would do. I decided the consult the experts. I looked up detailers in the area and came across Your Detail. I appreciated them the moment they picked up because they were really nice and professional. This review is a little late. My SUV was detailed by these guys on the last week of August and I told myself I was going to write a review about the excellent job that they did but I never had the time to do it until now. So my family and I had just come back from a trip in Florida. The car was super dirty and there was sand everywhere. I would have just wanted to wash it on my own but the trip had taken its toll on me so I decided to just get it detailed somewhere. But instead of just getting a car wash, I decided to take it to Your detail instead. I asked how much it would cost and the premium package didn't seem much so I went for it. The job took about three hours so I had a meal somewhere while waiting. I came back and I could swear the car had never looked as good and as clean ever. It was so well-polished and comfortable. My two buddies and I decided to go out last weekend. We went to a bar for a few drinks. Then went to another. And the rest of the nights was, as they would say, history. We woke up the next day still in the car. That was okay. But what bothered me particularly was the mess in the car: beer bottles all over, maybe we got sick and we could see it on the seats and the carpet, and the whole car reeked of drunkenness. I managed to have them chip in and the first thing I did was make an appointment with Your Detail for a premium detailing. I had tried their service before and I remember being adequately happy about it. So I thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to try them again. And so that same afternoon, they were able to do it again. I wish I had known this detailer long before. That way, I would have not had to settle with the old junk of a detailer that I used to take my car to. I tried Your Detail in Silver Spring today, and I have seen just how much better they are. Anyway, I am not very good at keeping my own car clean, which is why, having a proper detailer to take my car to is quite something that is important to me, personally. A friend recommended Your Detail, and I thought, their reviews on Google didn't look bad, so let me give them a try. I am so glad I listened to him. Detailing is about getting into the details of your car, hence the name, obviously. But that's something that my old detailer didn't use to do. I use my car for many things: to drive the kids to school, commute to work, and help out my wife at her small business. I am sort of her delivery guy. And as you would expect, such a car could look so bad if not properly maintained. And that's why I see to it that once every six months, I always call my car to Your Detail in Silver Spring. It's the mobile detailing that my brother suggested to me years ago, and it's still the same detailer that I have been going to since. Last week, for example, my car was in an especially bad condition after so many deliveries I had done and not having it washed in a while. I went for their premium package and showed them what I needed cleaned. I am glad they are so well-trained and real professionals. I'm putting my car for sale and was looking for the best detailer in my area. It was hard to choose because so many have great online reviews but, to be safe, I picked the top rated service on Yelp and I'm so glad I did. Trust these reviews, Your Detail is top rated for a reason. The whole experience was seamless, from the lovely lady who scheduled the service (and then stayed in touch with updates via text) to our detailer, Martin, who arrived promptly with a fully equipped truck. Martin had superb attention to detail and took time making sure my car looked like it came out of the dealership. He was amazing, kind, and so helpful. He even offered to clean my engine at no cost because "buyers will want to see the engine", which I had not thought of when I booked the service. Thanks Martin! It's hard to find a permanent detailer that you can trust. There are detailers that want to confuse you with their lingo and you end up signing up for an expensive detailing package you don't really need. Your Detail auto detailing is the complete opposite of that. I never felt being manipulated. They're very thorough when they assess your car. They explain the packages clearly and they let you choose freely. All their detailers are very good at what they do. I have already had my car's detailed by at least four of them, and I honestly can't think of anything to call out. They have all been excellent, professional, and very efficient. Cost-wise, I would also really recommend them. Like I have said, I have been to other detailers before and they almost always cost a lot of money. These guys are the opposite of that. I have been using their services for a while now, my experience has always been good from the beginning. But after last Saturday, I feel like I should put in a good word about them, because they really did an excellent job. You see, I'm aware that a last-minute job without an appointment on a Saturday is impossible since Saturday is a very busy day for businesses like this. But it was sort of an emergency since there was somebody I wanted to impress. So I called in anyway and explained the situation and just took my chances. They understood and had me wait for a few minutes to check their schedule. They even had the same guy do the job for me, although I knew he had other jobs lined up for him on that day. VERY happy with the service I received. I got the superior interior service. I have never done a formal car detailing like this let alone a mobile service. Everything about this process was so convenient and easy! I did end up calling before I booked and was able to get all my questions answered. Today I got my car done by Cyril. My appointment was scheduled for eight in the morning. He came exactly at 8 o'clock. He was very professional, and he didn't waste any time. After his work was done my entire car looked spotless, like the way my car looked when I first bought it off the car lot. I told him I'm just going to keep this company as my main detailing company moving forward. As this was my first time getting my car detailed, and his excellent service gave me the reassurance to continue to get my car detailed regularly. I'm not sure where the good reviews are coming from…read more The website is very bare-bones and they're only four reviews which are wholeheartedly glowing in a suspicious way I called him after he sent me a message with vague information about a quote I was asking for for my friend's car. After some back and forth he did say that he could do it for $80 after looking at the pictures and said that he's mobile so he can come to us. He provided availability for the day that we were coordinating and I just needed to check and get back to him. When I got back to him a day later he said oh we're fully booked after I provided him the address no explanation whatsoever. Very very suspicious of the business practice.

I also appreciate that their packages were flexible. I cared more about the inside of the car, so I opted for a silver level interior clean and then added on handling child car seats. Our seats aren't particularly gross, but I appreciated getting them vacuumed up and tidied, and not having to remove the seats prior to the service. Overall, the team seems great and I'd use them again.
