The de-weeding was worse, and for 3 weeks straight one weed grew up to about a foot tall before we just picked it. After the 3rd time complaining they said they would no longer service our neighborhood because they can't find good help, and gave us a $20 credit. They didn't want to "hurt their reputation". But it gets worse. I'm not sure if it was malicious intent or sheer incompetence, but that last trip they clearly cut the grass far too short and basically killed it. In the photo you can see the healthy green spot where the soils is lower and got cut the right height. The rest of the yard is dead and hands down the worse house on the block. This photo is a few weeks since the prior cut and just now starting to come back. This company is the literal worst. They charge more and literally will kill your yard, then give you a $20 refund.

On the rare occasions when I had to send an email to address an issue, LLC's response time was always swift and quickly resolved. Recently, Liberty Lawn did some concrete work, extending the width of my driveway. Last year they replaced my wood fence and installed new gates. They did an excellent job on both of these projects. At this point I will always go to them first anytime I need anything done outside my house.

I live on a heavily wooded acre on the west side of Austin and the storm did some significant damage to my forest and mature oaks. I knew clean up was going to be major and definitely wanted a tree company that was bonded, insured and knew how to trim/cut oaks. Four seasons gave one of the more expensive quotes but definitely worth it. They got up high in the canopy, trimmed the broken limbs, cleared my canyon to mitigate fire risk this summer. They took two days and did the job.

Once removed, I had un-manicured areas with no grass. I hired John to put metal edging in where the grass ended and to fill a huge amount of yard with river rock. I also had a entry pathway edged with limestone border rock/mortar and more river rock. I expected this to be a one-day job, but it turned into a three day job. They had some labor challenges as some personal things came up with some of their staff, but John's other half Max was incredible, the guy worked so hard and did a lot of personal and unnecessary things to improve the appeal of the yard even more, including making a bench out of stone. John and Max hustled, even finishing up on a weekend to meet our deadline with short staff. The price paid for the work done was of great value.
