Their entire team was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. They worked long hours, and even made sure to completely clean up the job site at the end of every day! My neighbors even commented how impressed they were with their work and the cleanliness of the area at the end of each work day. Ultimately the work speaks for itself, but they were able to manage xeriscaping, providing plant and trees, installing all new landscaping, amazing stone work, awesome woodworking for a custom lattice system for vining, a drainage audit and complete reconstruction using underground piping and catch basins, review and retrofit of existing irrigation system, planning and installing a custom landscape lighting system including adding new exterior electrical outlets. They handled everything from start to finish without telling me I needed to hire an electrician, or a sprinkler system guy, or anything third party, and the project came out amazing!!! I provided them with a Final Notice of Request for Repair by Certified Mail with Return Receipt, dated June 3rd, 2026. They refused to accept it; therefore, it was returned back to me. As I have been preparing all the necessary documents to file my claim, I discovered that they filed for bankruptcy on 12/29/2025! This explains why they ignored my many requests for warranty repair. I still intend to file my Small Claims, even if I am not able to get reimbursed for the repairs that are required. I will get satisfaction simply from being listed as another one of their creditors. So, if anyone has been in contact with them, or are planning to, for any type of service...BEWARE!

While I was setting up Christmas decorations, I observed that one of the bushes has begun to regrow, which seems to be regarded as a miracle since the root ball was supposedly removed! Additionally, I noticed that a considerable portion of the newly installed concrete slab is distinctly discolored due to inconsistent or improper mixing. Unfortunately it seems I will have to resolve this through our court system.

After a meeting with Juan we decided to give him a trial run. Vicente (of the Galindo family) mows and edges our lawn and does excellent work. On my view, Juan is either overworked or not disciplined as his communications are typically slow or very late. For example, I got a text from him at 10:30pm letting me know a project would be started in the morning. I have numerous examples of his late responses. Tomas (of the Galindo family) arrived on the property at 7:30am to re-stain a pergola and fence. His work was outstanding and very conscientious. He took down hanging baskets and artwork from all over the pergola and put them back in place. His staining work was excellent. The pricing was fair. Juan provided a written invoice prior to the work. We will continue to work with them as the workmen are top notch. As a new business owner, Juan has a lot to learn in effective communication.
