However, I needed hot water ASAP in my rental unit. He drove to his warehouse, picked up another tankless water heater and had it installed in just a couple hours. Recommend Tyler. And I would be remiss if I did not mention Josie who answered the initial phone call to make the appointment. Also very professional and personable. Thanks to you both!

What a blessing to be referred to 1-Tom-Plumber. I texted them at 11:30 pm. by 6:45am I received a…read moretext that they can be out by 8am to estimate the repair. Mark was right on time. we explained we couldn't afford to make major repairs, but we need our water functioning. by 9:30am Heath arrived and got right to fixing the issue. We were made aware our plumbing system is outdated, and the repair is a temporary fix. but we are grateful they were willing to help get water back into the home. We did ask for an around about cost for replacing everything. so, in the future this will be a project we will let 1-Tom-plumber handle. The issue we had was our water meter was flooded. we called Huntsville utilities and was told it is our fix since it fell on our side of the property. We had a plumber come out and they made us aware that we have a crack in the line. 24 hours went by, and nothing was done by that plumber. so, we made a Facebook post asking for suggestions on plumber and I am thanking God that 1-Tom-Plumber was suggested. Thank you again for us crossing paths with them, and their professional customer services. A big thank you to Sarah Myers for referring us.

I live in California, and I recently hired Ethical Plumbing to install a water main and sewer…read morelateral line to a house in Taylors. This project was particularly stressful since I was having to arrange everything from several thousand miles away, but they took away all of the stress related to the water and sewer lines. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, Alisa communicated exceptionally well, responding quickly to my phone calls and emails and keeping me informed about each step of the process. Brandon was great as well. He went the extra mile, took initiative and requested that the sewer utility allow us to tie into an existing lateral line near the street. I had no idea that this was even a possibility, but this extra effort on his part saved me around $10k. Dominick and his crew worked quickly and efficiently to get this project finished in spite of the hot weather. The job went smoothly, quickly, and they left our property neat and clean. All three of them were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. On top of all this, Ethical Plumbing was less expensive than the other quote that I received for this project. I can't thank them enough, and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs in the Greenville area.

It got to the point where my household was showering in the guest bathroom every day, which is exactly as inconvenient as it sounds. I'd used Anthony from All American Home Services about a year ago at a different property for a toilet leak. That job went so well -- quick, clean, reasonably priced -- that he was the first call I made when this shower issue started. Even though his schedule was packed, he found a way to fit me in within the week. Day of the appointment, he showed up right on time. Professionally dressed. Greeted me and my dog at the door like we were old friends, not a transaction. Before he even started working, he grabbed a towel and laid it down next to the shower so nothing would get dirty. It's a small thing, but it tells you everything about how this guy operates. He diagnosed the shower valve issue fast, fixed it, and the water temperature was back to normal immediately. The bill? Extremely reasonable -- honestly less than I expected for the quality of work. My only complaint is that I didn't call him sooner and spent months dealing with cold showers for no reason. Second time hiring Anthony across two different properties, and I'll keep calling him for anything plumbing-related. The guy earns repeat business the right way.

When I ventured into the crawl space for the first time in months, I immediately heard the dreaded…read more"Drip. Drip. Drip." sound comes my from somewhere by the AC unit. I was hoping for something simple like a clogged condensation drain, but it didn't take long to locate the steady drip coming of a 3/4" elbow that feeds the upstairs fixtures. It wasn't an emergency, so I left a message that evening. I got a call back the next day from Jeff, described the situation, and we set an appointment for a few days out. It's nice when the plumber agrees that a non-emergency is not an emergency instead of trying to convince you otherwise so they can charge a higher rate! Jeff gave me a heads-up call to let me know he was on his way, which was appreciated. I showed him the drip and he quickly set about locating the best place to access the pipes. Fortunately, the inside of the full-height pantry was where he needed to cut, so he carefully cleared the shelves and cut a minimal access hole. He was able to use a cell phone camera to peer into the void, revealing the trim nail that was shot right into the pipe. Apparently, a nail can plug the hole it makes for years without leaking, as was the case here. As the nail rusts and corrodes, it starts leaking, as mine had started a to do a week or two prior to me discovering the drip. Jeff quickly sized-up what was needed to make the repair, then cut off the water, drained the pipes, cut out the damaged pipe, and installed the replacement section. He turned the water back on and we bled the air from the pipes. No leaks! Since only the toe plate around the pipe was wet, he suggested using a fan for several days to thoroughly dry the wet wood. He told me what to watch for to make sure no mold set in, and after several days, everything was completely dry, still with no signs of mold. Because Jeff took such care cutting into the Sheetrock, I was able to use the same piece to cover the access hole with a little joint compound to fill the cuts. Not only was Jeff prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable, he also charged a very fair price and did great work. I highly recommend Aaron's Plumbing!
