I also had them remove a 35 ft limb that was growing from another tree directly over the roof of my hours. Shawn, their climber used his rigging to carefully cut the limbs in lengths that could be lowered by his ground personnel. While he worked in the tree the guys on the ground kept loading the cuttings on their trailer such that when they were finished the yard was as clean as when they started. They had all the right equipment and knew how to use it to safely get the limbs to the ground while avoiding my house and power lines.

They do not keep their word, will shift the cost which the owner said she does "very frequently," and their work speaks for itself. I hired Atkins Painting co/Atkins Home services to spray paint my exposed basement ceiling black with two coats. After an in-person inspection by Ms. Margaret Atkins, the company initially quoted approximately $420, then revised the estimate to $1,046 after admitting they had miscalculated the square footage. I accepted the revised price and paid the required 40% deposit. The work was started in early July. After the first day, I was told they would return after the paint dried to address any missed areas. When they returned, I asked whether they were applying the second coat because the coverage appeared inconsistent. I was told they were only doing touch-ups that day, that the wood absorbed it. However, it appeared to me that large sections that had not been sprayed were easily visible. Two of her works attempted to brush some of her spraying by hand instead to fix but they quit eventually. When I inspected the completed work, there were numerous missed areas, uneven coverage, and visible bare wood throughout the ceiling. The company acknowledged there were missed spots but later informed me they had underestimated the project and requested additional labor costs to continue. They admitted they were the ones to make the error. They also stated they had already used six gallons of paint and could not continue without charging more. The original quote was for "2.5 gallons for 1000 square feet basement." I explained that the estimate had already been revised after an in-person inspection, the scope of work had not changed, and I expected the agreed work to be completed for the agreed price. In an effort to resolve the issue, I even offered to purchase the additional paint myself if they would complete the labor under the original agreement. That offer was declined, and the company ultimately refused to complete the project unless I paid additional labor costs. Before writing this review, I had three independent painting companies inspect the work. Their written estimates state that the ceiling is unfinished and, in their opinion, appears to have only one coat with missed areas still visible. She mentioned I didn't know what it takes to do the job, since I'm a nurse and not a painter. So three other painting companies came, evaluated, and agreed with my assessment.

No water when hot (but it's an OSHA law) and illegal. The guys in the office get bonuses for the work of the employees on the roofs and do not give any to the ones actually doing the jobs. It's sad when a company that is worth so much does not extend the gratitude to the employees. I would never have a company do a job for me that does not treat their employees like humans. The value of the work is great but the way the workers are treated is savage.

He showed up when they were there but Assessor noted in report to insurance company that Kerrigan / Bryan refused to get on the roof with him because "it was too steep" for him (this is a roofing company, right? That's like Colonel Sanders being afraid of chicken). So they never even visually inspected the roof - at all - and couldn't guide the assessor. Obviously claim was denied, because the could. We moved on but emailed the owner Aaron just letting him know how his brand was being represented. He ghosted as well - no response. Their folder is fancy, but that's all you're gonna get. I'd be humiliated to have my name on something that was this pathetic.

we hired them in 2017, trusted them to be a honest company. At first it seemed our roof was fine…read more... until the same issue occurred again when the backside of our roof was sloping .. we called a honest company whose been in business 30 years and sure enough .. Estep Roofing didn't do as stated , the entire backside of our roof had to be redone , due to sloppy , not up to code work .. we had a total of 17 rafter tails broken that were like that in 2017 , but instead of addressing it they covered it up , along with using the wrong type of OSB board that was not even code, bad, warped, dry rotted and damaged pieces of ply wood and it all should have been replaced and was not . Fascia boards were rotten all the way through and should have been replaced and weren't, they put the ice and water shield on top of existing felt paper which isn't code it should have been laid directly on roof deck.. and ice guard should have been 2 ft above wall and it was not. You will see in the pictures how bad it was , Mike the owner is NOT a honorable man , he refused to come out and see his crews awful job .. and we had no other choice but to call our Attorney which he is currently working on this case for us. Our insurance is USAA and they paid Mike to do the job and would have paid to have the broken rafters fixed , but instead they chose to ignore it. I pray nobody else has to go through this , but sadly I believe you will.
