Lack of communication was EXTREMELY poor and they charged us over $2,000 to install a transmission. They knew we were desperate and needed to leave the area. The lady working in the office left us hanging and then when we did get a hold of her she acted like she cared .... Ha!!! They ripped us off by overcharging us and did a piss poor job of mounting the hardware and wires (which we didn't find out until months later FRANKS TRUCK & AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR IS A RIPOFF!!!!
