I was recommended this company along with the contact, Bryan, by my sister in law who had gone with him before. I was extremely glad we went with him. He was able to come within days to do the free estimate which I thought the pricing was fair. He has a great demeanor and very professional for sure. He was able to slot us in within 1-2 weeks from the request and showed up with his crew and went over the details once again of exactly which trees and the sections that will be cut. The crew showed up promptly and was able to remove all the tree parts afterwards without leaving any mess behind. Along with another review about this company, I too had the same experience where Bryan wouldn't return my phone calls or get back to me. We had called him for an estimate, and he came at the appointed time and gave us an estimate that we considered to be a fair price after having met with several other contractors to do some trimming and pruning of overgrown trees and bushes in our yard. We told him we would get back to him within the next day or two, either way to let him know if we were going to hire him or not. Within 24 hours I texted him to let him know we would like to use his services and to get back to me to confirm us hiring him, to set up a date for the work to be done. When we didn't hear from him after I texted him, I called the next day, in the morning and left a voice message. Nothing. That evening, I called again and left him another voice message, hoping to hear from him that night or the next day. Still nothing. After having contacted him 3X without hearing back from him, we realized he was not going to get back to us, so we hired someone else. Good luck with this guy. I am writing this review from my experience with "Above all tree service" located in Port Jefferson Station NY. About a month ago I scheduled an estimate on some trees I needed to be cut down and removed on my property in preparation of the up coming summer months ..I called Bryan from Above all trees service for an estimate. He arrived at my home at the agreed upon time. He surveyed the work required and gave me a fair price. As most people do I had scheduled other tree companies for additional estimates...24 hours later I contacted Bryan from Above all tree service letting him know that interested in using his company services.. We set up a date for the work to be done but that specified date was canceled due to rain. Like any person would do I asked for a reschedule date and his reply was " I don't know next week sometime" so I reluctantly said "Ok" I called him the following Monday afternoon to get an indication of when I should be expecting him no answer so I left a voice message asking him to please call me back with an estimate date of service so that I can unlock the backyard gate I got no response. So I waited until Wednesday end of business and left a 2nd message again with no response...He literally decided to "Ghost" me for no apparent reason...A customer who's been understanding and patient deserves a call back explaining a scheduling conflict or change of heart on taking on the job ... Either way Don't trust "Above all tree service" Bryan is not a reliable person.. read more
