Came on time, cleaned up nicely, did good work, but cut my phone land line connection and my cable cable. Cowboying it with a chain saw cutting a huge shrub against the house. Joe apologized but didn't offer to pay for what I might have to pay to restore service. An apology is not compensation for what I might have to pay to restore service. As it turns out, I have inside and outside wire insurance, so Verizon is not going to charge me today. Tree work was done yesterday, so no TV for an evening. Not the worst thing. I had this beautiful tree that became diseased and had to come down. The company I usually used blew me off and never even came to look at the tree. I saw a review online about Joes Complete Tree Service and I called them. Well they called me right back , came the next day for an estimate,which was very reasonable and then Joe called me that night and they were there in the morning. Unfortunately I left some bushes planted that were covering the roots. I took the bushes out and called Joe . By Monday morning his crew was here and dug out all the roots. Joe's complete tree service crew just left my home and did a superb job. The crew were courteous professional, And fine-tuned everything I asked them to do without hesitation. They even advised me on certain Issues I had regarding how fast my trees/ Leyland cypress' grow. They worked as a team, they raked & cleaned up everything before they left. Good prices to remove trees. Did a great job..drove his truck on my sidewalk without putting plywood down and cracked two pieces of cement sidewalk ...they were already cracked but now they're cracked more to a point it's a problem for homeowners insurance and now I got to spend money to replace them....also they don't clean up the chips that they create from grinding so you will have to spend more money in order for someone to remove that and they're pretty big piles of wood chips. Probably will cost me more than $1,000 to fix the cement and get rid of the piles of chips... and put down topsoil read more

I contacted them for one tree and 7 shrubs removal , and I ask them the all stumps must be grind. However they didn't finish the work that they had promised. After job was finished, they told me all of stumps have been grind , but after they took the money and left, Then I found out that 3 stumps were not grind. If I could give no stars I would. My neighbor hired these complete amateurs', they were reckless and inconsiderate of everyone surrounding them. They were dangerous to traffic passing by, drove like animals while in the street, gassed up their equipment on my lawn and left a mess in my beds, in front of the house, and on my lawn. I just had mulch and landscaping done that afternoon for over $700 and these people made a mess of it. They left clothing and sweatshirts on my lawn, plastic lunch bags, and cigarette butts. They also used my property and driveway to cut across and drag branches across. I spent 2 hours cleaning up after they left. Walk away...no RUN away from this company. If you were trying for a bad reputation you couldn't have been more successful. read more

I had a number of trees on my property that had turned brown and were leaning into my house, other trees just needed trimming and so forth. Joe came out yesterday and took a tour of my property. He was very personable. He has a very funny sense of humor. At any rate, I got a quote and gave a small deposit. He said I would have all the trees taken care of within 2 weeks. When I got home from work tonight I received a call from Joe saying the men were on the way. Sure enough, three trucks pulled outside my house with about ten men. One, two, three, lickity split my entire property was taken care of. They cleaned the property, reset the table and chairs that were under a large tree and all politely said good night. I had read reviews of tree service companies in the area. Joe's company had the best reviews. I can understand why. His pricing is extremely reasonable and his workers are very professional. If I could give these guys a ten I would. I can't tell u how amazing they were. We had a ver tall tree in front of our house that really needed to come down. I left a message, received a timely call back and a great price. They said they would call within 2 weeks to tell us the date. They called 3 days later and said they would b at my house first thing in the morning. They came at 7:30 and the tree was down before I went to work. Joe did the work himself and his skill and the skill of his staff were able to take the tree down without any damage to our fence or our neighbors fence. (We were both concerned about that). They cleaned everything up and said they would be back over the weekend to pick up the larger pieces of wood and grind the stump. The wood was gone before I got home from work that day and they ground the stump the next day, even before the weekend. They were fabulous. read more

He was very bothered by my questions when he came, spoke to me in a very intimidating way and had to throw him off the property.
