When they came out to replace, again, no one came to the door or called to notify us that they were coming. Noticed the truck in the driveway again and went out to speak to them as they were finishing. Both guys were more in a hurry to leave than to answer questions that we had. They told us that they were just going to leave the garage door open with the remotes inside and move on to their next job instead of coming to the door. Subsequent telephone call to the main office was answered, allegedly, by the owner who absolutely was not concerned with the extremely low level of customer service provided by his employees. We would never recommend Miller Garage Door for ANY service to ANYONE ever. They present themselves as a reputable, Christian company and they are nothing like that.
