Not only were they flexible to meet us for an on site estimate but they were able to work us in at the last minute. They were friendly and professional. I feel obligated to inform any employee, or future customer to be cautious when dealing with her or this company. While over those two years I worked at this company, I dealt with a very disorganized system with constant last minute jobs. There was a clear disregard for personal time, we were often not given our assignment until the day before or day of. This was very challenging to work with, and while we asked for more than 24 hours notice, she refused to provide us this courtesy time. Her response was "it's impossible to schedule shifts in advance". This disorganization runs to customer treatment as well. I dealt with many disgruntled customers due to the company not charging customers in a timely manner which affected their monthly budgeting. Customers would expect be charged after the service, however Dawn would delay charging and customers would be angry due to the significant delay / surprise charges in their account well after the service was rendered. While I wish I could have made an impact on this organization, my feedback was not well received when I shared with Dawn directly. While I have chosen to leave this company, I hope that they can take this constructive criticism and update their business practices to the betterment of their employees and customers.

Generally, I think friends, family, and house guests of Mi Amor and I would agree we are neat and tidy people. We first hired Amazing Shine, thinking that they would be a help with the occasional deep cleaning. After just one visit, they brought the meaning of clean to a whole new level.
