This is my second experience with this business and they blew me away again with their professionalism, concern for details, protection of my property and thorough service! I had my carpets and tile cleaned. We had some bad stains on the carpet and the grout around the tile hadn't been cleaned in a long time, Todd and Crystal came in and made everything look so good. I didn't think those stains in the carpet would come up but this team really works hard to help their customers. I highly recommend them! Their services are also reasonable. Thank you Twin Peaks! We will depend on you and call you again! A few months ago we rescued and adorable puppy that seems to have been badly neglected. She couldn't even walk at first and subsequently has had some serious issues affecting her potty training. I bought a home carpet cleaner which helped a little but our floors were bad. Embarrassingly bad as in I didn't think there was any hope. Amazingly, Twin peaks got our carpet much cleaner. it will do until we are sure our puppy is trained. You will like this couple. Its a husband and wife team. They both actively work their business. Elaine and Tim do fantastic work! BTW before you adopt a pet do some serious research on the facility and be very careful about what you believe no matter how cute those puppy eyes are. read more

This husband and wife duo were amazing! Tim and Elaine are warm and friendly. They gave a fair quote, after inspecting the house. They arrived on time and got right to work. The pride they show in their work is evident. Their time estimate was right on the nose - 2hours for 1300 square feet. Let me explain: the house belonged to my grandparents, and in their twilight years, had been unable to take their dogs out for walks enough. The poor, frustrated dogs did their business inside. Despite the grandparents' best efforts, they were unable to clean the scent of urine out of the floors - even tile, as in this case. Twin Peaks owns a powerful steam cleaner (Tim will proudly and promptly show it to you if you ask), and it did a great job removing stains and odors. Caveat: unfortunately, the bottoms of the walls also absorbed urine odors, so they could not remove all of the scent. However, they brought some disc deodorizers (additional charge), and instructions for use. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this will do the trick. read more

Having just moved into our Palm Coast home, the carpets needed a good cleaning. However, when Twin Peaks Cleaning showed up, the water had to be shut off due to a plumbing problem. They graciously agreed to come back another day. When they did return, they did a terrific job. I will be staying with Twin Peaks Cleaning going forward. read more

We had our carpet and tile done this 10/2017. It came out great! We are very satisfied with the work done by Twin Peaks Cleaning. We have three dogs and our carpet and tile desperately needed cleaning. Our tile, grout, and carpet are residue and germ free now, it feels so good to walk bare foot on these surfaces. I had the tiles in 2 bathrooms, a kitchen & breakfast nook cleaned. They were on time, did a great job & were friendly. $0.50 a square foot which seems to be the going rate in Palm Coast. Would use Twin Peaks again. read more
