The other company was/is absolutely terrible to deal with , but they hit it out of the park with recommending Omar and his team. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the only thing was the plates weren't all put back on the sockets and many were misplaced (gfi plate on non gfi outlets) but that was an assistant the painters just brought in for the day to help them get things wrapped up. Small potatoes in my book, again especially in comparison to the remodeling company I'm using for the rest of my home. Truly a great experience with Dr. Paint. I wanted to review on yelp because people can delete bad or so-so Google reviews. (that's how I found the other place - 5 stars on Google & then their yelp was 1 star!!!!) I was impressed they took great care to prevent the chemicals used on my tile roof from draining off to the lake I live on. They blocked the down spouts and then sucked the fluid after they were done. All of my down spouts go underground to the lake. The roof looked great for 4 years. No lawn/plants killed either. The house was done very well as well and the painter was very pleased. I was not as happy that the electronics (video cameras, video door bell and special hot water pumps were shorted out due to the washing. This cost over $1000 in repairs. In the future tape off and cover the sedative electronic items.

They told me the companies tile guy quite so the plumbers were having to do the tile and plumbing. The owner himself was also doing the tile. Needless to say the tile work is bad. The threshold of the shower was cut backwards and installed upside down. The beveled edge for that section is on the bottom so it does not match the rest of the threshold. Tile not level poor spacing and the wall of tile bows out. Not professional workmanship at all. I would not recommend this company to do any tile work or plumbing to my enemy. Here is why I do not recommend them for plumbing either. The bathroom remodel tile shower is the most aggravating. The one show leaks under the big plastic rubber base they put down before putting in the stone in the bottom of the shower. We now cannot use the shower because when anyone showers the water runs out from under the shower and into the bedroom carpet. A train wreck of a job. Beautiful expensive tile and stone ruined by terrible craftsmanship and a bathroom that leaks bad when used. What a train wreck. I talked to the owner and he wants me to pay for all the replacement tile and stone if they to come out and demo the shower base and redo it. He also wants me to pay for the labor. This should have been done correctly the first time and I should not have to pay for more tile or the labor to fixed the disaster they created. This company does not stand by its work. Do not use this company for detailed quality bathroom remodel work. My recommendation is Just use them to unclog your drain.
