They did exactly what I expected, they did it well, they did it quickly and the price was exactly what I expected: fair! The first time was cordial, and the rooms I had available for them were cleaned well... but this team really made the place shine. While I was busy writing (can you tell I do a bit of it?), the dug out the corners of the window sills, and cleaned the carpets (and under them). The tops of the doors are dust free, the kitchen sink is lemony-fresh, and there is not a fingerprint on any appliance or pane of glass in the whole place. And all of this far faster than you or I could ever do. My things that were in the way, were whisked off, the place scoured, and then plopped back into position so that no one could ever tell. Everything was handled carefully, cleaned completely, and even the few knick knacks I have slightly repositioned to better please the eye. The moments of light conversation in between (and they never stopped working) were very friendly and positive - as if some friends had just stopped by to help you get things looking good. Came back the next morning- floors weren't mopped, nothing dusted, baseboards dirty, and the TOILET hadnt been touched. It wasn't even a "regular" clean! Reached out to the company, they said they'd sens someone by 11:30a (I was on a timeline this day). At 1:30p someone showed up (at this point I had had to cancel two appointments). They would not refund my money, and after the 2nd hour of waiting offered me $40 off. At that point I wanted to just punt and leave. Walked the next person through what hadn't been done.
