I was under the understanding that upholstery on furniture was included, but was an extra charge. They did exactly what I expected, they did it well, they did it quickly and the price was exactly what I expected: fair! The first time was cordial, and the rooms I had available for them were cleaned well... but this team really made the place shine. While I was busy writing (can you tell I do a bit of it?), the dug out the corners of the window sills, and cleaned the carpets (and under them). The tops of the doors are dust free, the kitchen sink is lemony-fresh, and there is not a fingerprint on any appliance or pane of glass in the whole place. And all of this far faster than you or I could ever do. My things that were in the way, were whisked off, the place scoured, and then plopped back into position so that no one could ever tell. Everything was handled carefully, cleaned completely, and even the few knick knacks I have slightly repositioned to better please the eye. The moments of light conversation in between (and they never stopped working) were very friendly and positive - as if some friends had just stopped by to help you get things looking good. Harvey came out to my house and did a quick walkthrough with me and provided costs and frequency recommendations. We had the initial cleaning a couple of weeks later and have had three biweekly cleanings since then. Oh, my! They do such a good job. The house sparkles when Sophia is finished. She is awesome! I cannot say enough good things about the cleaning. She spends about four to four and a half hours each time at my house (2,200 square feet) and does such a good job. I had specified that on my telephone appointment. I booked for 90$ 2 hr minimum, as that seemed a reasonable amount of time for the job. The cleaning woman arrived 30 mins late and could not find my unit. I had to escort her. She looked too stressed right from the off set. I specified again that I need my kitchen - esply the stove and bathroom cleaned well. After about 20 mins she tells me, I can't clean the stove properly as I don't have that stove cleaning solution and it's too much work for 2 hrs. I asked her to finish as much as possible in 2 hrs. I called the owner of the company, who after talking to her cleaner, told me that he wasn't aware that this was a "move out cleaning" and that this would require more time. Also, they can't clean the stove glass as that would damage the surface. In case I am not agreeable to "extending the time" which would cost me more money, he would rather tell the cleaner to walk out than stressing her out and rushing her. I some how managed to get the kitchen and bath cleaned in 2 hrs for 90$ and then let the woman leave. I later realized that even those two were not managed well in 2hrs!! I was pretty disappointed by the entire experience!! I would not recommend these folks to any one! I'd rather pay an extra 20$ to any one else and get the job done without facing such harassment!
