    Mr. Heindl was professional, knowledgable, courteous, competent and arrived on time. 1* Bathroom-rated LED and recessed can in shower 5 * Halo recessed lighting cans installed in kitchen 1 * Surge protected outlet installed in security box 1 1 * GFCI/TF/WF installed in security box 2 1 * Leviton Decor light switch with dimmer I believe that this gentleman's work ethic and professionalism has ruined me for other similarly experienced personnel in his field. Very frustrating indeed. :)

    I've had Powhatan Blossman for three years. Within the last year their rates have gone up while…read moretheir customer service has gone down. When I first contracted with them they told me I could have my portable tanks filled for $5.00. I brought three tanks to their office at about 2:00 PM and was told that I would have to return in the early morning or late afternoon because no one is there to pump propane. I returned just before closing and, although I did have my tanks filled, I was told that I was not included in the $5.00 fill offer. I later called because I thought that my propane generator was leaking gas. One of the service men who responded was smoking! I visited their office to tell them that they would need to call in advance of a delivery because my driveway was gated. A few weeks later their truck was at my gate unannounced. When I started my contract I was given a military/law enforcement discount. My most recent bill, however, demanded an increase in the rental fee of $115.00. When I asked why there was such a steep raise and explained that I had been given a discounted rate the person stated, "Why would they give you a discount?" Her tone was filled with disgust rather than being a simple question. After I told her that it was for military and law enforcement she told me "We don't do that anymore." I've checked around and their per gallon fee is more than a dollar higher than others. I'm done with them.

    We switched a few years ago from another large gas company to Blossman for several reasons but,…read moremainly customer service. However, over the past year I've experienced less than decent customer service at any given time I've called about anything from service to billing. I'm not really sure what has changed with the company but, it's been a huge disappointment and also unexpected from our original experience upon our first couple of years with them. Each phone call I'm told how very busy and backed up they continue to be. I'm truly hoping as they continue to grow, the overall customer service experience will not continue to diminish in quality as it usually does with 99% of most companies upon any significant growth. Otherwise, they'll be no different from the previous company we left! :(
