Davis And Green has been horrible to work with. Their plumbers have been very rude and one of them pushed us to give a five star review before the work even started (His name was Earl). We have called them multiple times to fix their shoddy plumbing. We just want them to fix everything they've done poorly so we can be rid of them. They also installed the metal crimps too far at the ends of the pex pipes which is not within regulation. We will NEVER use Davis and Green for anything again. We also had a different contractor help their truck out of the mud in our yard and they were rude to our contractor. They have been rude, unprofessional, and incompetent every single step of the process. Unfortunately we have dealt with many terrible companies during on renovation but Davis and Green has been among the worst. I can't speak to how their other departments are run but steer VERY clear of their plumbing. We dealt with multiple of their plumbers and they were all bad. I suspect the "4.9" stars for this company are from pressuring customers. Here is a picture of our sink two-ish months after they installed it. We paid a grand for this high quality sink installation. It's leaking from 4 or 5 different places and we have not heard back in over 3 weeks. read more

He answered my questions, then went to work checking our system. He was very thorough. Everything checked out great! He even dug a small trench for our HVAC drain. Quoted a price which turned out to be low. Manager calls technicians on lunch and tells them to requote and make it double the original estimate. They may have saved themselves a few hours by not completing the job but they also just lost a customer. Good call. read more

Have had Luke come out to our house for some plumbing issues and he explained everything very well and went through all estimates while answering our questions. He replaced some shower heads and serviced our water heater while also performing a whole house check. Nick serviced our HVAC and again very helpful with answering all of our questions. Last, Travis came out driving an hour plus to help us with a heating issue on Black Friday. Overall everyone from Davis & Green has been very helpful in our plumbing/HVAC maintenance. Davis & Green has been servicing my generator with the annual maintenance the last 10 years. They are always very polite and helpful. My power has been out going on 20 hours now. The generator decided to stop working in the middle of the night. I did a service request online early morning and followed up with a phone call after they opened. Conner was here before 11, serviced the generator, and got me back up and working. I was so pleased when I heard it fire up and start running on this 90 plus day. Amazing service, Nick and Clark were very courteous and helped me to understand how to manage the issue going forward as well.

Requested Davis and Green to install new gas range. Technicians arrived and removed the old gas connection. Convert the range to propane by removing the natural gas "spuds" and installing propane spuds (5 for the cook top, 1each for the broiler and oven). Cost. between $600-$700 dollars. Arrived shortly after 3 PM and left around 5:30ish. read more

Had an off hour HVAC issue. Came out within an hour and fixed it. JT was friendly and very helpful.

I had an error code on my generator. There is one fix for it, flip the switch on the back. I called and explained the error code. Instead of telling me on the phone, they had a technician come to me house to tell me for $89. I doubt that $89 means more to them than it meant to me. read more

Had a new HVAC unit installed. A day or two later noticed a stain on the ceiling where the HVAC is. A tech from Davis and Green came out and found the drip pan had not been installed correctly, and fixed it. Also noted "the numbers" were not good. Was told there was a part (a valve) that was on order for this new install. An attempt was made to adjust the defective valve, but it didn't work as the new HVAC worked all night to lower temp just a few degrees. I called and did not receive a call back and still no replacement part! read more
