The issue I have is I got a tear in my liner; he came out (fixed a small hole) and said he would be back to fix the tear. Every week for six weeks he said he would be out soon. Then he ghosted on me; no return of text or voicemail. After a month I called others. Had three different companies come out and they all said the same thing. If I had called them earlier they could have repaired it but now the liner was stretched out and it would have to be replaced. This being the busy period they cold not get to it for several months (Sep-Oct) so I lost the use of my pool for the entire summer. Being a double size pool (40,000 gallons) the pool liner replacement is $4500. So Dave Holland promising for six weeks and then ghosting on me cost me $4500 (as compared to $200-300 repair) and an entire of season of use. It's dark gray, and so sometimes hard to see because of how the fabric lays when you move it. We had renters whose children used markers on various places and left other stains. Mark went over the places multiple times and finally got most of the stains out, except the permanent marker (which did get a bit lighter).
