The semi-annual maintenance services have revealed no issues so far, so I have not needed repairs. However, I did sign up for the $19.99 monthly plan since my HVAC unit is older; it is a very reasonable cost that covers semi-annual maintenance visits while providing coverage for future issues that may arise. Logan and Alex have provided very professional, friendly maintenance service. Mary always follows up with timely maintenance reminders, and to obtain feed-back after technician visits.
