My critiques of the salon are, first, that there are many uncomfortable areas to sit in for pedicures. This should be fixed with the input of your customers. Also, I'm surprised that during the pandemic's forced shutdowns/slow-downs the bathroom on the main floor was not updated with better plumbing, but especially, faucets, so that one can wash up without touching them (or with hospital style lever faucets that permit operation with one's arm or elbow). Right now, though the soap and towel dispensers are touchless, the faucets (and light switch, for that matter) is not. I know the pandemic will be under control sooner than later, but this investment in hygiene will go a long way to a healthy staff and customers (fewer colds, flu etc.) and also update the bathroom space. We go a couple and then got into conversation about skin I have psoriasis and my nephew had eczema. She had me try some balm on my hand that had a dry patch. I didn't purchase it at first however the next day that patch that was cracked and bleeding for weeks no matter how much lotion I used was no longer as cracked as it was. It was already softer feeling and on the mend so we made it appoint to stop back by before our ferry home and I got 4 jars. There was a different lady than from the previous day however she was also super friendly and helpful. I am really hoping this will help my nephew and so far it's helping my skin tremendously after two days of use. A little goes a long way and scent is light and pleasant. As the lady said if you can get past the label saying baby bottoms balm it has multiple uses.

Herbs from different areas really do have different characteristics. This oil smelled like a gorgeous soft fragrant meadow on a sunny day in the spring. Like purple trees in May. Any company that actively chooses to silence a person and who then hides that from other customers doesn't deserve supporting. At the very least, they could have switched to private messaging. They didn't do that either. They claim to "put their customers first"? Whether current or potential (and they don't know which I might be or if I was led to them by family members who are (were now) customers), this is clearly untrue. Sadly, it seems the majority of companies have no problem with behaviour like this. They want us to be mindless consumers. We shouldn't be muzzled for making inquiries! This is what they ignored: They're happy with their switch to glass jars BUT can't refill anything in a glass jar. They highly promote their refill program. It's a program they started in 2007. I asked why they couldn't refill glass jars and pointed out that a program started so long ago should be able to accommodate that by now. No response other than to delete that and block me.
