The new owner (Sean) was fantastic and squeezed us in before he was gone for a long vacation. He was professional, on time, super knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job putting on new flaps, magnets, and checking that all the screws were still tight. We have a couple of large terriers (and small ones) that are like wrecking balls and he secured everything and it's held up remarkably well. Excellent quality and so glad to see someone that can do Hale factory work locally.

I initially submitted an online inquiry and was contacted promptly after submitting. The front desk/reception staff were kind, professional and very helpful. They listened to my needs and concerns and promptly scheduled appointments for my pups with Dr. Romero. After several appointments and interactions with the team and Dr. Romero, I cannot say enough great things! Dr. Romero truly loves what she does and it shows! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring, compassionate and is a great communicator. Pricing is very reasonable, the facility is warm and inviting and CLEAN!!! Also, no idea what others are referring to about the admin staff and ladies that answer the phones but I've called over 20 with various people answering the phone and it's always a positive experience. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could!!

I was an established cat owner/patient. They had moved. I knew that, but it didn't make finding…read morethe place any easier. Montgomery in that area has so many shops crammed in on the southside. Also down to a couple of lanes along the way. Called and let them know I would be there and asked for specific directions. Got there no later than one minute. While putting my car in park in the Clinic lot, a call came through. and I was told I would have to wait. Went inside immediately with my howling cat after travelling there with the screaming all the way; my nerves were shot. Did multiple u-turns to get there. I arrived at 15 minutes after the appointment time and was told I would have to wait, with my screaming cat, until 4:30 to be seen by Dr. Kaza. I understand 15 minutes, but they had moved, I was not familiar with the area they moved to, I had a howling cat, I made several u-turns to get there during 2:30 traffic on Montgomery, and it was a wellness check. Tell me you couldn't have gotten the cat in for a wellness check without having to wait an hour and a half. Given the circumstances, they could have done much better without me having to take the time, and deal with the anxiety (both me and the cat) for another appointment, or the 90 minute wait. The best part was when the receptionist told me as I walked out, "we sent out an email". Tell me how that helped. I knew they moved. Just pissed me off even more. Needless to say, for a perfectly healthy cat, I'll be going elsewhere. And yes, I agree with others, reception was of no help. Or the Vet. No understanding. Zero compassion. Lousy solution. So upsetting.
