His nails were over grown as was the hair between his pads making it even harder to walk with his arthritis. I was so relieved when I picked him up to find him clearly feeling better (like running around) & looking great (he needs to get adopted! Helps to be fancy) She does "compassionate" grooming, which I was grateful for as he is quite old and skinny, it was a relief to know she was thinking about his well being, not just a her bottom line. Speaking of, her rates are very reasonable. She gives lots of info for directions so do be sure to review & call on arrival as there are 2 grooming business in 1 building (I made an oops worrying about the construction & forgot this bit, but she saved me & the pup!) Also included was a balm for my fur babe's nose and doggie cologne. He came out so happy and his scent lasted for days lol. He got so many compliments about his nails and the doggie cologne, I think my little guy blushed but loved the extra attention. Dewclaw and all, I'm so grateful to have found her as my senior doggo has trouble with nails splitting he hasn't had issues this time around. Perhaps because I asked her to be extra cautious because the last time they groomed him there was a small but concerning/nic on his private area that was red. I asked why the extra charge all you do is use clippers to remove the matting she said it's because she needs to buy blades more frequently okay! However doing a lousy job is uncalled for she left the hair on his face chopped up and crooked so if you decide to take your pet here make sure they are already groomed prior to taking them here for a grooming!!!! Never going back to pay for this type of very unprofessional service!! I even gave her a 10$ tip !! that was prior to noticing how bad the grooming was today!!! it doesn't even rate 1 star
