Wet Paws is fantastic! The fact that I don't have to transport my 3 dogs alone is already amazing but just wow, they also do an amazing job too. They have been groomed twice now and we will continue to use them moving forward. They are people who truly love animals and it shows! 2 out of my 3 dogs loved the girl who has come by. The 3rd dog is extremely anxious and because she didn't know what was happening at first she was unhappy. After she settled down, it was better. This our third experience having Wet Paws care for our nervous doggo, the world tallest chihuahua. Axl had a couple of bad experiences at our old neighborhood salon, that shop grew and honestly I was nervous around that many vacuums, too! So we found Wet Paws through a friend and sure, it costs a bit more, but you get what ya pay for and pay for what you get. Axl LOVES it! They are super easy to work with logistically (yay online booking) very transparent pricing and worth every penny for the quality of care. That all said, we had a "situation" last week when Axl decided to confront a skunk. And then rub all over the new couch and living room rug, before coming into our bed to ask for help and roll around. At 2am!! It was so bad we thought I was a gas leak, throwing child and dog in the car and leaving while calling the gas company. Good news- no gas leak. Bad news- Axl got skunk-sprayed point blank in the face! It's been a long, expensive fiasco, but Wet Paws and specifically, Chris, were the bright spot in this madness. Poor Axl got thoroughly cleaned up, deodorized and smelled better instantly (can't say the same for my car or house). He was miserable and they even called me to ensure they got to him ASAP! We hope he stays away from those stripey cats, but BOY are we thankful for your TLC with our fur child! read more

I've been debating doing this for a while because I don't want to get anyone in trouble but unfortunately this place broke my heart. After an in my opinion over-priced grooming for my pup her coat will never be the same. Only reason I say over-priced is because I asked for a mohawk on my girl which I know is a specialty haircut request but in reality, I'm asking you to chop less fur. Anyway, the groomer cut too much fur, and another groomer told me that they ruined her coat and that it'll never grow back the same. So unfortunately, now my poor girl looks like a homeless sloth. She's really patchy and basically bald in other spots. I don't know if I had received someone new, this place was recommended to me by someone, but I will not be using them again. read more

Do not ever use this company, they cancel appointments for no reason and give away appointments. This is the worst service ever for a dog grooming company. Wet Paws Mobile Pet Grooming horrible horrible!! Please share and DO NOT USE!!! Which you guys left our dog in the back yard wet and unfinished and also blow out our circuit breaker in our house. This place was good when they had another prior worker there as I wish I can find where she went too but since then we have had nothing but problems with them. So the review used to be good but not any more. We did try to use again to try to apologize to there last groomer but they did not want to except it. This is how you get treated for venting about your frustration. So again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE. My rescue pup is a very nervous little guy, but today Amy from Wet Paws handled him with care and did a great job on his groom. He came out not looking exactly like I wanted BUT that was completely my fault because I asked for the wrong thing. Usually, I would just bite my tongue due to social anxiety, but Amy was so approachable I told her what I didn't like and explained better what I wanted, and she promised to make notes so our visions are more aligned next time. Easy to schedule online, good communication on arrival, and they spent the necessary time to wash, cut, trim, and make my small dog look fantastic! The van was super clean and looked brand new. They even gave me feedback on my dogs temperament during the process and overall health. My dog was calm afterwards, which told me they took care during the grooming process. The groomer Bonnie was not friendly. She was rude and very short with me and my mother. She had cut my dog once before but didn't really talk with her much, my dog seemed a bit scared after but didn't think much of it at the time. So the second time we got Bonnie she pulls up in the grooming van and my dog instantly gets scared and begins shaking. I should have not gave my dog to her but I didn't want to cancel my appt. A week or so goes by and my neighbor was getting their dog trimmed by another mobile groomer, same type of mobile van. I brought out all my dogs in the front yard which they love going outside. My groomed dog sees and hears the van and he freezes at the front door, then turns around and hides inside he started shaking uncontrollably for about 10mins until we get him calm. He's been to other groomers and vets but never had a reaction like this. We've used wetpaws a totally of 3x's the first groomer was a pleasant woman she did very well with my dog and he was happy after the cut not scared of her at all. After seeing he's reaction and remembering how very rude the groomer Bonnie was I wondered if she treats people so rude and short how does she treat animals. Also she charged us an extra cancelation fee without telling us(which was their fault). Ended up paying $172 including a tip. I should have never tipped her but I'm unconfrontational. I would avoid this groomer/company at all costs. read more

I called to have my long haired cat groomed. The website was easy to use and the owner called right away to confirm the appointment. We had the very best experience with our groomer (Mary Kay). My cat had never been groomed before so I didn't know how he would react. Mary Kay took care to make sure my cat was completely comfortable and was able to get all the mats in his long hair out. She was so nice and professional and my cat absolutely loved her. I would absolutely recommend! read more

Even though our poodle Daisy is anxious and difficult to groom, he was compassionate and gentle, and was able to do a great groom. He also was careful with Max, our senior rescue.
