Have used them 3X, this was not my best experience, but still recommend. I had a crew come over that wasn't up to prior standards.....missed entire windows, poor job on others. Abracadabra had them come back (same crew for some reason) and while some things were rectified, the main window in my house was left subpar. But I've had SUPER 5-Star experiences in the past so will probably use again and have recommended to others. This experience, however, was just ok at best if I'm being honest. read more

We initially purchased a Groupon for discounted window cleaning and were going to also have them clean the gutters. Due to a computer issue, they did not arrive for the appointment. They rescheduled for the following day and also were a no show. At this point I got a refund on the Groupon and was going to look for someone else. Nelly from Abracadabra called and was extremely apologietic. She offered to come out with the crew personally and offered to honor the Groupon even though it was refunded. Abracadabra promotes false advertising via Groupon. Below is the language used on Groupon. What they "mean" to say is this is only for new customers. One per visit means there can be more than one visit. They allowed me to buy the groupon and would not refund it. It's unfortunate, because they did a great job a year or so ago when I used them. I have had my gutters cleaned twice by Tim's crew - last year and this week. After my experiences I'm going to find someone else. Last year I had to call his team back out after noticing my gutters were not draining properly and low and behold, they failed to clean an entire section of my gutters which was causing a backlog of water. I was pretty surprised when he still charged me a "$25 service charge" to come back out. I paid it because it had been a couple of weeks and figured it was an honest mistake. This time, the work seems fine, but there are two major issues. 1) His team failed to properly secure my property when leaving by leaving my gates open. It was dark when I got home, so I didn't notice until my 9 month old puppy ran off! Luckily I was able to chase him down in the rain and nothing catastrophic happened, but I can't imagine the devastation my kids would have felt if he had been hurt or killed. On top of that, this is a huge security risk to leave an entrance to someone's property open like that. 2) His team used a hose to clean off some dirt they got on the side of my home, but failed to fully turn off the hose. By the time I noticed this, the water had been running for 9 HOURS. If I see a noticeable increase on my water bill, I will be seeking reimbursement. I attempted to reach Tim via phone and email, but I have yet to receive a response. They seem to respond quickly to service requests, but they are lacking in attention to detail or customer service issues. read more
