Barwood taxi is always on time, I have used them many many many times in the past from 15900 Indian…read moreHills Terrace, Derwood MD 20855, to 199H East Montgomery Avenue, Rockville MD 20850, and they never delay, If I never joke around with this company, this company never joke around with me, because I am not playing a game with them, even when I use Call n ride, a lot of taxi drivers, ask me to take the bus 59, 55, Q6, and etc, since Taxis are for emergencys only, leg injury, arm injury, bad weather, or specific permission, second, If I am in a hurry, all that i have to do is call their Dispatch team on the phone(301)-984-1900, tell them my location, phone number, address, and where, drop off location, and etc, and they will send me a taxi as soon as possible, since their reliability is excellent, I never have to complain to the county about Barwood, Third, after I book a taxi with them, I have something called an confirmaiton number, from their dispatch team, written down on paper, however, Barwood knows, it, since I meet nice dispatchers all the time, instead of mean ones, and they never forget to inform me for any delays, which is usually on the phone, Next, Barwood always have a ton of cars, in their fleet, since i do not need an SUV or a minivan every time, it is based on passenger, and the customers needs, I am not on wheelchair, or have more then 1 passenger, so a car is enough, since it saves on time, money and gas. Finally, their taxi drivers, have excellent customer service skills, I always have to greet the taxi driver, by stating , How are you doing today? whenever, I enter the taxi cab, or else no driver would take me, which makes the county lose money as well, so remember the greeting is very important, and some taxi drivers, love to have a conversation with me, I would do it back to them, since we have nothing to do in the taxi.

Ive been riding Reston buses with my university for now four years…read more I can say with confidence that I DO NOT RECOMMEND any Reston buses for any group. The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. Edit on the course of this trip another bus died on the side of the road. Updating review to one star.
