Considering it's difficult to find an oval rose cut diamond, I was very happy with the final cost coming out much lower than expected compared to online prices of similar rings. My thinking is, if making a $2,500+ sale was not important enough for Skylar to call the customer back, at least with an update, then my money is not good enough for Milkins Jewelers. Very poor business practice. There are plenty of other jewelers in the downriver area to choose from; I recommend you go to one of those others for better service.

They were wonderful and didn't pressure me at all. They even talked me down in size because they felt the stone I nearly went with, was too big and, blocked too much of the few of the stones in the band. When a jeweler talks you into spending less money at their shop, you know that you've found the right jeweler. In the end, they were right and my ring looks absolutely beautiful.
