I was called by the dispatcher to confirm a pickup date. Since I work nights, I rely on voicemail and text for scheduling, and I confirmed the appointment both ways within a reasonable window (7/22/26 for a 7/27/26 appointment) -- including a voicemail left on the business line at 10:53 PM. Despite that, I was removed from the schedule and found out via an email and phone call from the front office (Debbie Jo) stating I hadn't responded. I was fine with rescheduling but wanted to explain that I believed my voicemail counted as confirmation. I was met with a condescending tone from the start. She told me, "I called you at least 6 times," and "just pick up your phone." When I mentioned the voicemail, she responded, "Yeah, at 2:00 AM! We heard all about it this morning" -- though my voicemail was actually left at 10:53 PM, not 2:00 AM. Again, my work hours are different than the 9-5. I wasn't upset when I called. I was upset by how I was spoken to, and by being mocked with a detail that wasn't even accurate. If a callback window is that strict, that should be communicated to customers upfront -- not used afterward to make them feel foolish over a mistake that didn't happen the way it was described.

When we contacted the owner he was rude and not willing to listen to our concerns. We paid the bill and will not use them again. Cannot recommend this company.
