The people at Digital Edge were very friendly and reprinted for me for no extra charge, which was extremely helpful. The only small complaint I have is that I wish they were open a little later on week days or open for a bit on the weekends.

Although the manager (Kristin) was out of office, she still replied and had the staff expedite the order for a Christmas gift and pickup later that day. Upon arrival (pickup by another person), the color had incorrectly printed. The designer (Josh) emailed me to explain and see what we could do to resolve the issue. I personally stopped by near closing time. The designer took the extra time to work with me to get the correct color printed and explained again what we could do going forward. The staff is always so nice here, and I greatly appreciated the extra time to ensure everything printed up perfectly. Okay by giant I mean 40" wide, but it was specific in that I was looking for a die-cut logo sign, in color, on high-quality or PVC board. I'd also hoped to have all the edges sanded down smoothly. I sent an email inquiry to their team, including an attachment of the logo/imaging with all of this info. Within the day I heard back from their production manager with confirmation they could get it done, as well as a quote (I found $60 for this large sign to be a fair price). They got the order into production asap and I heard back three business days later that it was ready for pickup! It looked great -- so clear, smoothed edges, perfectly cut around all the rounded parts of the logo, etc. The shop is only small, and typical as what you'd expect for a commercial printer. From what I could see, they've got the tools to complete any kind of printing you might be after. From signage and business cards to mailing needs and holiday cards.
