The staff are friendly, helpful, and pleasant to interact with. There were no high pressure sales tactics like you will sometimes suffer at the national "McVision" stores. The office is tastefully decorated and they have a significant selection of frames. I love the fact they are a local business and are invested in the community. They don't seem to have an in house optometry lab, but very few, if any, doctor's offices do. This means they order your glasses from a vendor and are beholden to that 3rd party company for timing, warranty, etc. one thing to bear in mind is that even for the best customer service companies, mistakes are going to happen. The real measure of an organization is how they handle the customer in difficult situations. Businesses should be evaluated on how they handle the problem and customers in difficult situations, not if a situation occurred. Over the years I have had several interactions with this business, and never have had any issues like what I did in Florida with a former optometrist.
