Worst hospital stay and care I have ever received. Nurses didn't seem to know what they were doing and didn't answer the call buttons. I was kept uninformed as well as unattended for many hours at a time when I was in dire need of help. I couldn't go to the restroom alone let alone walk and without their assistance I was essentially helpless my entire stay until I was transferred to a better staffed and equipped facility. read more

I was recently admitted through the ER for two days. I found the staff in the ER, radiology, and on the 3rd floor to be concerned, attentive, and caring. I understand West Valley Hospital has a poor reputation but I would argue it is undeserved. read more

My mother has a history of diabetes and high blood pressure. She was experiencing deep pain levels of 10+ along with nausea and vomiting due to her cholysystectomy she had done at Banner. We came to Abrazo Wear Campus emergency because we feared Banner was giving her subpar care but no.... Abrazo is 100x worse!! She waited in the lobby for 1 hour ! even tho she was yelling and moaning in pain, they couldn't seem to locate her a room. And then she got moved to the emergency waiting beds in order to move her to her room a little later.... that "little later" took AN ENTIRE DAY . yes an entire day while she was hearing loud noises, disorienting madness unfolding next to her outside of the CLOTH divider everyone else had between their spaces . My mom had to be sedated because she was starting to have a panic attack. THEY SAID IT COULD TAKE 5 days to put her in a room, MIND YOU a room she has to share. The nurses check in on you every 6 hours, which is not the standard and we know that. Never coming back here again. read more

Abrazo West Campus (West Valley Hospital) had a terrible reputation when it first opened. Since then Tenet Healthcare bought it and all the Abrazo campuses in Arizona and the care now is top of the line. I have worked in hospitals and been a patient and I have to say that the care I have received at Abrazo West Campus has been some of the best I have experienced. I have gone through the ER (not enough beds. I had cardiac issues and was put in a hall bed with a monitor on the wall), been through the Level 1 trauma center with a suspected head injury and have had open heart surgery there. The staff has always been very caring, very attentive, call lights answered immediately and took care of any concerns I had. Even when checking in for a scheduled procedure, the registration staff comes out to the waiting room and calls your name. They don't sit behind a desk and yell out for you to come over. Only downsides are not enough beds in the Emergency Department and patient rooms on the floors are double rooms so you share with another patient. I think Abrazo West is one of the only few hospitals in the valley that still have double patient rooms. read more

They are not following federal procedures in regards to Medicare. Not all of the medical staff is doing what is in the best interest of the patient. Patient Relations area does not respond to voice mails or messages for over 5 days. My mom's entire forearm is bruised like someone beat her up because the nurse was not able to get her iv in. The lab worker did not bandage my mom's draw site after drawing blood, she told the nurse, who did not respond at all. This is a big liability because she could have bled out since she is on blood thinners. There were droplets of blood on her blanket. There were some great nurses and nurses' aides. They are overworked and underpaid. One of the charge nurses was unprofessional and defensive. I came across a defensive attitude with more than one person. Argh! read more

I went there yesterday to sit with a friend while she was taken off life support. The staff was very sympathetic asking if we wanted water etc. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and I was asking the nurse some questions. He not only answered my questions, he wrote me a diagram on the picture board that they have so I would understand what was happening to her body. I would also like to add that when I first arrived, she had been put in a different room so I asked the receptionist what room she was in.. A staff member nearby offered to take me directly to the room, he was very friendly and helpful. Then as I was leaving, I was very upset and I got lost as I usually do in the "maze" hospital and another staff member offered to walk me out to the exit area. He was very nice as well. Staff was great, however the billing department is horrible. They charged me a deductible even though all I had to pay was a co-pay. When I requested a refund they said I would get my money back within 24 hours. Its been almost a week and I have yet to have a supervisor return my calls or email. Quick to take money from you but their priority to give you back money that does not belong to them is very low. It is a large amount of money too. I had my baby here just this week, and the whole experience was awful. They kept me in triage forever! They didn't check my dilation except once, and I went from 5-10 without being checked or moved to a room until I was probably 8. There weren't enough nurses, and the care was awful. They took my blood and I have huge bruises. I kept telling the nurse that the arm cuff was cutting off my circulation and ripping my skin. My friend was with me who works in a maternity ward and kept asking for a bigger cuff. The nurse would not oblige. My friend ended up doing everything because the care was so awful. The epidural process was not great either. This wasn't my first child, so my husband and I have an idea of how this should happen. After the baby, the nurse that was awful kept saying we were going to our room, but then wouldn't show up to move us. We kept putting off sleep because of this. 6 hours later she came to take us and by now it's 3 am. I was exhausted and needed the sleep. The nurse wouldn't show up to help me use the restroom and I ended up in severe pain from needing to go. The food is the worst food I have ever had in my life, and they should be ashamed of themselves that they call that food for their patients. My doctor warned me that the food was horrific, but I didn't believe him that it would be that bad. My mom works in a hospital and her food is great. I ordered food, but ended up not eating more than a few bites. Like my mom said, it's a bad sign when all the trash cans are full of outside food from other places because no one can eat there. Please don't go to this hospital! The only good thing that was amazing was the very nice and sweet nurses in the after care unit. They were wonderful and helped with anything, even a laugh. They were very prompt with anything I needed even though their whole Unit was full. I never waited very long for anything. Very wonderful after care experience. read more

I was just discharged after 3 days. Staff was very professional. The food was descent. Only thing went wrong was my last breakfast, they got my order wrong but was almost the same as the first morning. I tried the lemon pepper cod first night and the pot roast last night and they both were very good. I had a hamburger for lunch the first day and it was ok the meat was a little dry but expected. I tried the beef lasagna the second day and it was very good. The three breakfasts I had was just cold cereal with a blueberry muffin and jello. No threat of OCD here! If you're not dying, you probably will upon entry to this hospital. The staff doesn't want to work. The nurses leave their trash on your bed. You can't even get a bath. The 1 star is only for the awesome doctor. No bedside manners at all. Please consider an alternative if you can. You'll never know real irritation until you come here in pain. About six years ago I went to this hospital complaining of a lump in my lower back they simply cut the infection open let it drain and called it a pilonidal cyst because I didn't have insurance they did absolutely nothing to confirm that it was a cyst. Five weeks ago I went to a surgeon having insurance now to have the cyst removed. Upon the first surgery they discovered that it was not a cyst but in fact it was a cancerous tumor containing basal cell carcinoma. A week after the first surgery I was informed about this and that it was not a cyst, and that they needed to go back in again. So one week ago two weeks after the first surgery I went in for a second surgery. Surgery went fine and they believe they had gotten all the tumor out. Now this is where it becomes interesting the great fact remains six years ago if they would've treated me as a patient they could've discovered this on their own and I wouldn't of risk the last six years of my life with the tumor in my back. Now a week after surgery I was sitting down when I felt an unbelievable pain that felt like my incision had been lit on fire. It turns out that all the sutures had broken open and I had about a 2 1/2 inch round hole in me where I can clearly see muscle tissue the fat everything. I went to West Valley Hospital where I had my surgery I also brought my mother who was an RN at this very hospital. Upon entering the ER they brought me right back to triage took my blood pressure and pulse blood pressure was 159/70 and a heart rate of 100. Now I do need to say that this 2 1/2 inch gaping hole is on the inside of my butt cheek which is a very hard area to keep from infection. When I was taken back knowing that there's no possible way for me to sit down and knowing that my legs were shaking to the point where I was having trouble standing they put me in a curtain room with a lazy boy chair meaning I would have to stand there until a doctor came to see me. A nurse practitioner came in to see me I pull down my pants and pull the bandage down he peek down at it meanwhile I am standing up the entire time he merely looks down at it I'm 5 foot six and he was probably 6 foot two he has no gloves on and is not prepared for any sort of exam. After about half of the second of looking at it he says well there's really nothing I can do for you I informed him that I where the incision was was burning extremely bad something was wrong when I needed him to figure out what it was. Chad Bellinghoff was the practitioner he basically treated me as a drug addict he did not take any time to help or to find a remedy to solve the fact that my ass felt like it was on fire and I have a 2 1/2 inch gaping hole. They didn't even let us stay in that "room" they put me into the hallway still I can hardly stand or walk and wrote me a prescription for promethazine why I have no idea. Also my blood pressure was still the same when I was discharged. After two days of agonizing pain where I could not even get off the couch I decide to go to dignity health on where a very nice doctor put me in a room where I was able to lay down and she was able to do a thorough exam. Upon examination she discovered the sutures that had broken had fallen into the hole and work themselves into the muscle tissue. She pulled 4 large knots out of my muscles and fat and it hurt like crazy but she did pull them out and I felt relief instantly. The doctor at dignity health, seeing where the wound was and that I have had two surgeries on the same wound in one month decided to run some blood test to find out my white cell count was off and I was on the verge of infection. So long story short Westvalley Hospital does not treat it's patients as patients if you don't have insurance you can expect a bottle of pain pills in a kick out the door, don't expect them to find out what the real issue is. I lived with the tumor for six years because this hospital was too greedy to treat me as a human being. And even with insurance and having had my surgeries at this very hospital a week earlier, I was treated as a drug addict. I am in great athletic shape I work out I have no marks on me I would not test positive for drugs Im merrily tattooed. I am absolutely blown away as to the way I was treated on Friday the eighth of this year. I feel as though I was definitely profile because I am heavily tattooed. And I am unbelievably upset at this Chad guy who was the practitioner I was humiliated and made to feel like I was doing something wrong by asking for help from the very people who were the cause of my pain. Please please people try dignity health wonderful people great doctors. It took the doctor three seconds to realize why I was in so much pain she said you could see yellow strings sticking out of the hole very clearly, Chad over at West Valley couldn't even give me five minutes of his precious time to do an accurate exam, I bet you had time to bill my insurance though. My first visit was for a dumb in-grown toe nail that hurt sooo bad could barely walk! The next time was for my son and they treated him very sweetly. Worst experience ever! I have never felt so disrespected like i did today coming to the ER. The nurse, that i unfortunately did not get her name, was very rude. While setting up for a pelvic exam, the nurse questioned what brought me in. After explaining to her my concerns very rude she stated that my concern was not an emergency and that an emergency room was for emergencies only she informed me that i should see someone else but regardless they were still welcome to see me. At that point i asked for her to disregard everything, i got up and left. No patient should be turned down the opportunity of being seen regardless. And no patient should ever be disrespected. I came in with a 103 degree fever. I have body aches and chills. I feel awful. They put me in a room with no bed. Just a chair. I sat in there for an hour and 45 minutes until I ended getting up and leaving because I felt so terrible and couldn't get any help. They didn't seem to think that a ruptured appendix was cause for concern. Because of their computers being down and the communication laziness it took a day and half to realize my father was severely diabetic. All of his meals given to him by the hospital were not diabetic. They took no time in releasing him with a drain and a few days worth of supplies with a note to call them back in a few weeks. So many doctors saw him and no one discussed further plans and the surgeon even told us the main doctor for the 5th floor wanted my dad off his floor and requested the surgeon to release him! They gave him four different medications and no instructions. Today my dad nearly had a diabetic coma as his blood pressure crashed to 49. Paramedics had to treat him. Needless to say we are not at Banner planning a surgery that Abrazo was to lazy to do! DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS HOSPITAL!!! Even the discharge paperwork and doctors offices provided refused to call us after numerous attempts to make follow up appointments!! ALL OF THEM SHOULD LOOSE THIER LICENSES. I have never in my life met ruder, more I compassionate people in my life. I guess I'm personally experiencing what all the negative reviews about this hospital are for. My 18 year old son was a patient in February for a spontaneous pneumoniothorax. At that time, he complained about long wait times for pain medication, no one to help him when he needed to urinate. Until I spoke to the director "Debbie" I believe, nothing changed. Now I'm here as a friend of Dr Miles Howard. I chose him to perform a quite extensive surgery on me. Other than him and the OR staff, there haven't been another polite or positive person! Every day I've run out of peri pads. I've had to walk to the nurses station from the very end of the hall where my room was. That was the only way to get assistance as my call light was cancelled and I was ignored. I had to wait at least an hour for pain medication most times. The care techs are horrible and not sure their roles but it obviously isn't patient care. I have had nurses slamming keyboards, care techs who don't return with ice. No one in this hospital is about patient care that is blatantly obvious. The last straw for me was tech Jessica who came into my room on 5/28 at approximately 2000. She never once identified herself, rather turned a bright light on to wake me up. She than began taking my vitals again, not a smile or can I help you. After she left I once again walked to nurses station for pads as I was out and had been rudely been woken up. No reason to address this issue with any nurses as the universal attitude amongst employees is " I don't give a shit!" So needless to say, you have a less than satisfied patient. As I see on the reviews of this hospital the feeling is universal. My son was in a car accident last week he was in the hospital from Thursday to Sunday on the last day of Sunday a doctor was able to see him.the nurses were rude not helpful my son didn't have any type of pain medication. I kept asking where is a doctor give him some pain medication help us. till the second day nurses would not even help them to get up my husband and myself would try to move him to go to the restroom we have very good insurance Yet We were not treated it like it. This is by far the worst hospital experience ever. The "life saving" staff at this facility have proven to be incompetent, rude, careless, negligent, and just for lack of better words the worst. This hospital is plagued with terrible staff, from administration, nurses, doctors, Intensivist, down to the case manager that is hired for this hospital. My loved one's personal belongings were lost. Very important documents that are very expensive to replace. Nurses denied and contradicted information. At one point one nurse told us that they were instructed not to give us any updates by the charge nurse. Another time the house manager told us they were instructed to not give us updates. They were caught lying about my loved one being on sedation. One nurse claimed that my loved one had been off sedation for weeks and that he was unresponsive and would not heal ever. Another nurse denied those claims saying that the nurse herself had charted my loved ones sedation he was on quite a bit of fentanyl and that would not allow my loved one to be responsive. They were pressuring us to put our loved one in hospice without medical explanations. A doctor whom had never even seen my loved one called us on behalf of his colleagues to urge us to put our loved one in comfort care. Case manager lied about her title and then denied it. Administration, the Ethics committee even the receptionist at the ICU gave us the run around when we tried to get a hold of a patient advocate. My loved one was put in a shared room with a Covid positive patient. We insisted that he should be moved because he could become reinfected. His Dr. at the time denied our request claiming that he could not become reinfected. The last couple of weeks my loved one was there he once again tested positive. He was denied dialysis because they didn't have the equipment available and he ended up in the icu again.The house manager insisted that it was normal for their patients to become fluid overloaded. If they lack equipment why is this facility still operating? So many things went wrong that there is not enough characters for me to give the full picture of the horrible place this is. He was in there 72 days and and i can only think of 8 people that were actually helpful. I can say that not only my loved one will leave this place unable to recuperate. I actually liked this hospital. They lady at the desk was very polite and energetic. Kinda put me in a good mood and made me feel comfortable. Waiting time in the ER was surprisingly quick. Some staff were really friendly and some where just weird and would not introduce themselves or say their names and would just grab you and check blood pressure and vitals? It was kinda strange that they would walk up to you and say nothing and start working on you. Other than that the lady who drew my blood was great and very professional and the dr. (dr.Riassian)I had was genuine, sweet, and knowledgable. I came in for signs of a miscarriage in my 1st trimester. The ultra sound tech who was male was an older guy and even I felt really comfortable with him as he was very professional and made me feel like a real patient and a real life in his care. The registration lady even gave my son a Popsicle which was really sweet. Discharge took a long time but other than that the staff was pretty great . I was really taken care of and have a better understanding of what was going on with me! read more

Really upset with the service here it was my first and last time I will ever come give my business to this establishment. Had a finished a round of antibiotics for cellulites that took approximately 10 days 4x a day I was concerned and came because the pain was unbearable and not going away. I didn't come for pain meds and I feel like that's the way I was treated when I came in all I wanted is a simple blood draw to rule out further infection since I'm expecting and want my child to be safe. Well low and behold I came to hand in my money and co pay for a PA not even a doctor to come look at my feet and tell me to go to a foot doctor didn't bother to ask me my medication history didn't bother to care to see that while on humira an infection can be really dangerous to me and my unborn baby. Well I was so upset that I decided to go to another hospital and low and behold my cellulitis infection had gotten worse and was admitted to the hospital not once did they at least draw my blood at West valley and not once did I ask for pain medicine besides Tylenol in the hospital I was admitted too. But the sheer fact to be judged right off the bat and not even asked your medication history baffles me. Worse place ever stay away now I understand why they call it Death Valley hospital the impression I got is all they care about is your money. read more

Amazing services. My mother was rushed here due to cardiac arrest, the er team told me what I already knew but he was on it. My mom was sent to surgery, where she had a completely blocked artery,requiring 3 stints. Dr. Paltin is very nice, very concerned about my mother's condition and just very pleasing over all. The ICU nurses are amazing, very nice to family and everything so far has been good. Better than Del Webb!! read more

This is the worst hospital in the entire state. Unfortunately, I've had to go to a few. As a person with epilepsy, sometimes hospital visits are needed. I took a blunt trauma to the head while working at my house and was taken to this hospital as it was the closest in my area. After I took the hit to my head my seizures immediately started and I also had a roughly three-inch laceration to my head. The incompetent staff there had no idea how to handle it. So, they put me on a stretcher in the hall and waited until I could be stitched up. That's good. That needed to be done. Of course, anyone with a medical degree would have also tried to treat the seizures that I was having at the time. Of course, nobody would have known if the seizures were still happening because nobody cared to ask. I could have gone into status epilepticus and they would have probably given me a blanket. I had roughly 4 seizures while waiting to get my stitches. I would guess someone would have checked at least once in 4 hours. Nope. They did do a good job on my stitches but multiple seizures are not headaches. And your discharge doctor should not just say don't worry about it, I think your headaches will go away when you get home. If you have the choice of any other hospital take it, Circle K for that matter. read more

I was treated a week ago in their ER and Wow it was an experience to say the least. I believe you can get better care and a more professional service from a 3rd world country. Don't even try, save your money / grief and take a trip to another hospital. My visit, 1st of all before I was treated I overheard the Dr of the ER (weekday shift)complaining to a hospital exec of how he was tiered of the amount of money he was getting versus with the amount of patients he was seeing. 2ndly they were treating me from the ER waiting room. They were not busy or full when this occurred. 3rd 3 different people asked me for my co pay in which this was initially paid in full prior to any service. they seem confused every time they asked me. 4th the ER was dirty . Overall, They seemed very disengaged and uncaring. Staff was more concerned with talking about personal stuff amongst themselves and listening to the radios than doing the job they get paid for.(they make it obvious) Being in management most of my life, I can tell you that these issues are not a quick fix, its part of a company's DNA from top management on down. There are some real deep issues here that do not go away over night. Take your health serious as they will not. read more

Help! Send food! I've been stranded in my hospital room waiting for the portable oxygen tank that will allow me to go home. It is taking all dsy to get me out of here and yet the end is still not in sight. There is something about rental and return and crossing state lines.... it might be cheaper in the long run if the hospital bought the sought for unit from the exteral vendor, otherwise I may wind up staying the weekend at $278 a day. Then we could charge that stay to Medicare. Taxpayers, you have no further to look than this to explain Medicare BLOAT! I'm serious about the food, too. I swear my "toasted" bagel had a spray tan. UPDATE: 11/9/2013. 5:47 P.M. Finally discharged seven hours after I recieved doc's orders that would allow me to leave. The only way I got out was to call for a wheelchair to take myself out. The promised oxygen unit just happened to show up then, too. Another yelp on the provider is to come. In the meantime some of my meds were changed by the West Valley dos so we dropped those off at Walgreens early in the morning to give the inevitable shit time to happen. Seven hours later qe return to Walgreens expecting to be able to pick up the new meds. No, they cannot read the handwriting defining when the meds are to be taken and the doctor is not returning their calls. We are sent back to West Valley 4th floor to get the doc to call the pharmacy. Nope, have the pharmacy call the 4th floor. Now we are driving back to Walgreens to have them reach into this pile of crap and pull out a bottle of pills. I think I would rather die than put my family and myself through this again. read more

This is by far the absolute worst place to be if you're sick! After being brought here by ambulance the ER, nurse was rude, never once did she even remember she had a patient or just acknowledged I was there, was just not a people person. Look, I understand these are trying times and we are all under immense stress mentally - emotionally - physically. Come on! This is what you're trained to do. This is what our overly priced insurance companies pay you to do!!! You're JOB! This is a right to work state. You're given the "right" to possess a job much less you should be great full you still have the job you do. If you don't like your job don't put myself my family and friends or others in danger This nurse also had the attitude that I was bothering them or hate dare me be brought in to HER ER in a time if need. This incident almost took my life. Within 2 hours was released saying I had a simple stomach virus. After discharge she and an attendant came to get me to find me passed out on the dirty nasty floor. I came to just to hear her say "Oh look she decided to take a nap!" Well this girl? NOT! Passed out again as she and her attendant put me in the car! Well got home and couldn't even get out of the car. Needless to say 22 minutes later family called for ambulance again - took me to the same hospital - with the same nurse! Now that was luck ya? My experience after the 2nd trip to ER was just unbelievable. I wish I could tell you more but to after test for covid, 2 days on a covid floor, have not eaten in almost 3 days, test negative (yaaa) move floors with NO type of protection from positive cases, got settled then doctors started trickling in. Oh about 8 not including the nurses! I'm thankful for my doctors because they saved my life and appreciate everything they do. But this just has been the place from hell or the equivalence of being there. I could say my final nurses were amazing and beautiful people. read more

Yesterday I visited a relative in ICU room 111 the assigned nurse was extremely unprofessional and rude. The patient had a tube inserted and began to gag so I stepped out to informed the nurse her response was unwelcoming. A person who lacks etiquette, compassion and understanding has no business in the healthcare industry. Avoid this hospital if at all possible. The cath lab was great but the rest of the stay was not. We waited 5 hrs to get up to a room. Once upstairs they didn't care. You had to ask for everything, ex: towels to clean up and the wash tub, tooth paste, body wash etc. Things that should of been given to you on arrival. Had to ask for water, still didn't get and had to go back out to the desk for it. We waited 7 1/2 hrs to get an X-ray before we could be discharged. When continuing to ask about X-ray they just said we are a Trauma center and that pushes everything back. Not a good answer. 3 more hrs to get discharged. Not a caring atmosphere. Don't go there. They just want your money so they will take their time and keep you pass noon. Now I understand why we waited 5 hrs to get to a room. We will avoid this situation, you should also. If I could give it a zero I would. There is a reason they switched their name from West Valley and that's because they were nicknamed Death Valley Hospital. I went in for horrific headache and was admitted. I stayed for a week and was told that I simply had a migraine and I continued to tell them I have had migraines and this was not one of them. They sent me home with pain killers and said your fine. Well after rolling around on the ground at home and throwing up, a family friend doctor told me to go to Mayo Clinic asap. Upon arrival and their review of my records from Death Valley Hospital, they were shocked that after a week stay that Death Valley staff had never done a basic MRA test that they said should have been done in the ER. Well long story short, they found I had torn my right vertebral artery. I was treated at Mayo and good to go after a short stay with them. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let me just start off by saying we only ran into 2-3 people that seemed to care for us or explain / know the situation out dad was in for a whole week. We ran into issues with conflicting doctors causing us to stay and our loved one to not have solid food for a week straight. They ran out of needed medical equipment and then debated on procedures some more. No one properly explained what was going to happen until a day or so before discharge and nothing was fixed. When we did our follow up and were still having major medical issues we were advised to go to another hospital by our surgeon. The difference is night and day and I will never go through the emergency process in another abrazo facility ever again. The cna's gave us the best care we received. The staff of doctors seemed to forget we were even there or that they needed to resolve our issue. They were also lost when it came to explaining what needed to happen and what was happening. We are in the process of filing a negative report to hospital management. I would suggest to avoid this place for long term emergency care. read more

I will NEVER step foot in this facility again. If I could give a negative star I would. This hospital makes money on fraudulent charges. I'm new to the Phoenix area so I googled the nearest hospital from Buckeye in my insurance network for my son. I told the check in ladies that I wasnt sure if this was the correct facility, At NO time before or during check in did any of the intake staff say that this emergency room had NO pediatric staff. But why would they?? No, lets bring him into a facility that KNOWS they cant treat him and bill for unnecessary bs. My son was in NO cardiac or respiratory emergency (due to HIPPA, i wont disclose his condition) however they could have easily said this was not a facility to assist a child with his issue. Instead, they had him in a bed in the hallway, kept him for over 3 hours and then transferred him to a Children's hospital. A nurse even has the nerve to ask if she could take one of his monitors, bc she had another patient that needed it. Really?? Had the intake staff mentioned that they dont treat children or had signage that NO PEDIATRIC STAFF were in their facility, I could have had treatment for my son, which required surgery sooner. They wasted 3 hours, leaving my son in more pain, for a surgery that could have very well been life or death. They did NOTHING for my son, but sent me a $1200 bill WITH an unnecessary ambulance bill.
