Great service once you get in. Getting in seem to be the real issue but once we got in and everything has been great.

I have to agree with the reviews. Made an appointment through their portal and they called the next day to cancel. The worst!

The three staffers -- all female, all under 30 -- were among the top most unfriendly and indifferent individuals I've ever met in the medical field. First receptionist handed me off (with a snotty tone) to the second, who handed me a clipboard and pen to do paperwork. I asked if there were a way to fill it online because my writing hand was injured -- could barely grip a pen and it was painful to do so. I can hunt and peck type on my phone. There was "a way but it would take too long." And just looked at me, no turning toward her PC. I thought, Huh. Well, crap. Sorry to be so much trouble. (Nobody in line, only a couple people waiting in all. I said, "It hurts to write." She said "Sorry" like she didn't mean it. And that was it. I was dismissed. I scrawled the info. Here ya go, sweetheart. (No, I just thought it, didn't say it.) Moving on, the X-ray tech didn't exchange a pleasant word, ask any questions. Nope. All about getting the job done. Just 3 views needed. Last view -- she wanted me to spread my fingers, which I could barely do and which was painful. Unconcerned. Hold that pose. Got it. Done. After all this devoted attention, it follows perfectly that I still haven't gotten the results. The promise was 1-3 days. Day 6 today. Never again, SimonMed.

In March I had to be transported to the ER. My body lost almost all the fluids that is needed to keep one alive. I was seizing. They had the and lights going speeding to the Hospital. I was scared, especially when they took me into a room as soon as I got there. That was my 2nd Emergency, at least major one. I April I had another emergency yet my daughter insisted we ho to Banner E. Their nursing staff spoke ill of me right outside my room. I was like WOW I can you! I complained and I coukd the conversation between the charge nurse and the nurse. He said I asked to many questions and was bothering him. Yes, I had a lot of questions and I had to use the restroom a lot. I have epilepsy. No apologies nothing. I was then transfered to another floor. Originally I was on the 4th floor and they sent me to the 2nd floor. They do not do such as I stayed there 2x prior. The solution was to remove the patient so the nurse could go back to playing around with the CNA and other nurses or on the phone with his wife! Abrazo West is my choice...they are so professional. Thank you Abrazo West.

On May 20th 2026 I had to make an ER visit at Abrazo West Campus. What I encountered was not only…read moreunacceptable from a customer service standpoint, but also raised serious concerns regarding patient safety, sanitation, and basic standards of care. Upon arriving at the ER, I immediately noticed the waiting area was extremely unsanitary. Garbage was scattered throughout the area, trash cans were overflowing, and the overall condition of the lobby created an environment that appeared neglected and unsafe for patients already seeking emergency medical care. The most concerning issue occurred in the men's restroom, directly in the ER waiting area. There was human waste and diarrhea visible from the toilet onto the floor, creating what I believe to be a serious biohazard. I notified staff immediately, expecting the matter to be addressed without delay. Instead of contacting environmental services or taking immediate action to sanitize the restroom, I was simply redirected to another restroom inside the ER, which was also unclean and poorly maintained. After waiting nearly an hour and a half in these conditions, and despite medical staff advising otherwise, I made the difficult decision to leave the facility because I no longer felt safe remaining there. I ultimately sought treatment at another emergency room, where I was properly evaluated and treated.

I would never recommend Dr. Rosario as an OBGYN. I transferred into her care at 33 weeks due to…read moremoving states and was immediately treated like a number rather than a patient. She often walked into appointments without even greeting me, her first words were usually just, "Any problems?" Her demeanor was scripted, robotic, and completely impersonal. The office itself was disorganized. My records were "lost" multiple times due to fax issues, and nothing was ever followed up on properly. The medical assistant barely interacted, only taking vitals before leaving the room, looking visibly unhappy to even be there like the rest of the staff. Dr. Rosario repeated the same lines and hand gestures at every appointment as if I were on an assembly line, and I am convinced she never actually reviewed my prior labs or growth scans as she missed important things that should have been addressed. She wears an N95 mask throughout every appointment making her hard to understand and even more impersonal. When I asked about delayed cord clamping, she told me she only does 30 seconds and claimed there was "no evidence" for longer, which is completely outdated and dismissive of current research. This is not the level of care anyone deserves, especially in such a vulnerable stage of pregnancy. If you want a doctor who actually listens, reviews your history, and treats you like a human being, look elsewhere. Luckily I was able to transfer care before birth.

I visited New Start Women's Care in Goodyear, AZ and had a shocking experience. I repeatedly told…read moreDr. Rosario I wanted full removal of my fallopian tubes and explicitly stated I did NOT want a tubal ligation. Despite this, she smiled, nodded, and scheduled me for a tubal ligation without my knowledge or consent, effectively planning a surgery I had explicitly refused multiple times. I even asked the front desk to remind the doctor to submit paperwork for a bilateral salpingectomy, and the nurse confirmed that Dr. Rosario went ahead and tried to get insurance clearance for a tubal ligation.. the procedure I had repeatedly said I did not want and did not consent to. So no, this was not an accident on her part. During my appointment, Dr. Rosario falsely claimed that removing my tubes does not reduce ovarian cancer risk, which is medically incorrect. The procedure she scheduled (tubal ligation) carries higher chances of future pregnancy and provides less medical benefit, while creating unnecessary risks. At least two staff members were aware my requests were ignored and told me in hushed tones to seek care elsewhere. This clinic demonstrates blatant disregard for patient consent, medical accuracy, and safety. Get everything in writing, double-check your procedure, and strongly consider going elsewhere. I have already reported her to the Arizona Medical Board and contacted the Attorney General concerning her blatant violations.
