Abril was great. He replaced a 2022 Chevy Silverado windshield. Was able to fit me into his schedule earlier in the day as well! Worked out perfectly. Only concern is that I walked out and saw his tools on my hood with now protective blanket. I was worried about the tools scratching my paint. After canvassing several shops in Riverside County for a windshield replacement for my 2014 Audi A5 2-door coupe, I made an appointment with Abril Auto Glass. They provide at-home service, which is convenient and they also service the Moreno Valley area, which is where I was located at the time. Alberto answered the phone and was so kind, was able to put me on his schedule the very next morning, and drove to Moreno Valley from Murrieta. He and his associate arrived on time and immediately got to work. Unfortunately, I had a botched windshield job from 2019, but they were quick to assess and provide recommendations for a swift, painless replacement and repair. It is stressful enough to have to make time and replace an entire windshield, let alone be reminded of the severe damage done to my car by the previous shop (which by the way is located in Murrieta if anyone is interested - unfortunately i forgot the name of the shop and probably tucked the info away in the depths of my being because of the serious TRAUMA), but Alberto and his associate were SO KIND, gentle, and empathic that they made the process SUPER easy. If there wasn't already severe damage done to my car, their job would have taken minutes, but instead, they took their time and did their very best to correct another shop's damage (I am SO grateful). Still, their work for the day was completed in about one hour or less. Their service prices are extremely competitive and I am very happy that I chose them to handle my car with care.
