So, our daughters 2006 Honda CRV kept getting puddles of water inside its' back end and we couldn't figure out why. My wife called up CPR and she spoke to Keith (who is also the owner) late one afternoon. He answered right away, and they made arrangements to have him come out the next morning. He provides a mobile service, which is very convenient! Keith came out right on time, and immediately noticed it was the back hinges. The hinges are attached to the back hatchback window and they were worn and curved, and weren't allowing the window to be secured tightly, thereby creating this slight opening. During our recent heavy rains, a lot water found its way into the back of the car. Not good. Keith knew exactly what it was, and said if we got the parts, he'll install them. Once we got the parts, the wife called him up. Keith came out in 20 minutes, and installed them, taking only 15-20 min. Quick, and at a Very, very reasonable price. The unfortunate part is that a cracked windshield is practically inevitable, but the Fortunate part is I can rely on this place to take care of me. Had front passenger side window of my Honda CRV completely SHATTERED for some thieves to get their SCUMBAG paws on my wife's purse last night. After dealing with that and then being sadly let down after being given a glimmer of hope that USAA might fully replace the window (w/out having to drop my $1k deductible); haha SIKE! Though the average going rate was only about a quarter of my deductible I still wasn't excited about putting up the unexpected chunk of $ on top of replacing all my wife's valuables and Christmas gifts. I took one last "shop around" quote from this place via Yelp and boy were my spirits lifted big time! To find out they were over $100 cheaper AND would come to me same day, definitely helped lighten up the situation for my wife and I. Beyond angry with Kieth he showed up at appointment time to fix the windshield on my Cadillac which is my baby. He tried fixing the crack it was to big of a crack so i told him replace the windshield. Apparently he was in a hurry to start his vacation, after he left i full examined my car, i now have scratches on my car along side of windshield, which he said he did not do, greasy fingerprints on the inside of the fabric by the window, which he said that happens, did not offer to fix that, the most part is he or his helper lifted off the top part of the railing on top of the car on both sides of the window, which he said he did not do that. Took it to Cadillac, i explained what happend the the railing is niw lifted and in order to fix that i would need an appointment,and be charged labor fees for them to look at it ro tell me i will need to have the top railing along with the racks to replace the strips on both sides.WTF. does anyone take pride or own up to there mistakes, Apparently not just move on to the next customer. Unbelievable...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We had a small crack on a front windshield of 2016 X5. I didnt notice it but my wife found that small crack. She worried it would get bigger so she called this company which has a good review. They came and tried to fixed but they messed up so the crack got bigger. They said it was caused by the hot weather but they guaranteed the fix would prevent any more crack. A few days later the crack became so big that we need replace the front windshield which costs us more than $500. Only thing they would do is refund the fixed cost: $65. If they didnt make a careless mistake in the first place, we dont have to replace the whole windshield. Unskillful! I will post more pictures here so customers can avoid this company. I am a little late on writing my review but I wanted to make sure to give the company kudos. I woke up and my car had a huge crack running through the front wind shield. I still have no idea how that happened since I don't remember hearing a rock hit my car the day before. I went on yelp and saw all the positive reviews and decided to give them a go.
