My front windshield was hit by a rock from a semi dirt trailer. It had cracked about 24 inches. I called and got an appt. within 24 hours. Also go the top of the windshield tinted to help block the sun. Got a great price and only took about 45 min. for the install. I would use this business in the future. Thanks for the great job. Clayton is the man! Not only is he friendly but also works in record time! I had two smashed windows on the front and back driver side of my Toyota Corolla. To replace the windows, get all the glass cleaned out of my car, and service only cost me $215. I shopped around before I made a commitment and I was getting offers from $260-$300. I had a huge crack on my camry's windshield and needed replacement. Called toyota dealer - $1300 for factory, $450 for 3rd party. Yeah...right. So I searched around and found precision in chino hills. $215 all inclusive. Very professional and efficient. They come to your home, work with your schedule. Pricing is fair. Granted, I don't know the brand/quality of the windshield they used. So far it has been great, no leak. Definitely recommend if need repair/replacement. Will update if noticing anything different. read more

5 stars for Clayton, the owner and operator of Precision Auto Repair. He worked around my schedule was courteous and very responsive to my questions and follow up questions. The price offered was an incredible value. I needed a window repaired. The dealer quoted $250 just for the window not including labor. Precision charged me $135 installed at my home. On top of the great customer service, Clayton noticed that the window regulator was slightly off spec. Rather than install the window as is and risk a future break, he spent another half hour modifying a part so that it would fit correctly. I wouldn't have been he wiser had he decided to install the window as is. He also didn't charge extra for this. Lastly, Clayton noticed that my other windows had sticker residue on them (from my kids putting their stickers on the widows). He offered to quickly remove the residue. All in all I'm very impressed with Clayton and Precision Auto Repair. From scheduling to the actual service everything was handled very professionally. Highly recommend. read more

CASH or CHECK ONLY! No Credit cards. I called to have a window repaired and they came on time and did a great job. When it came time to pay I pulled out my credit/debit card and I was informed they only took cash or checks. I did not have the $145 on me or my check book. I was going to have to drive to my office to get my check book when my wife let me know she had $145 in cash, so we paid. The workers did a great job, but when calling the buisness needs to let people know they only accept cash or checks and not surprised the customer once the work was completed. read more

Stay away and do not deal with this company. I had the window run channel rubber replaced on my truck after it was vandalized and Clayton broke a part of the weatherstrip assembly while doing the install. After bringing this to his attention with photos of the before and after of his work he denied breaking the part. I think the pictures speak for themselves (what do you think?) but agreed to disagree. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable company who stands behind their work, ensures it is done right and if you're not satisfied or worse they break something while doing the repair they fix it. read more

When I walked out to my car this morning to go to work, I discovered that someone had shattered my back passenger window and stole things out of my car. I still had to go to work, but needed to get my window replaced as soon as possible. I googled somewhere near my work that I could take my car to to replace it, and take an Uber to and from the place and my office. Precision came to me! I was so thrilled with that alone, that I immediately called and made an appointment. Clayton came to my office within the time slot that I had agreed to (between 2-4). He showed up prepared, and within 40 minutes my window was replaced and working. I was already thrilled. Then, as I walked to my car to view the window, he had removed the huge chunks of glass that were on the seats and floor boards, and had vacuumed all the rest of the tiny pieces of glass up. I was going to have to go to the car wash and vacuum it all up at some point, but I work all week from 9-6 so it was going to have to wait until the weekend. Now, I don't have to worry about getting it done! One thing to check off the list! The entire process cost me just $145 - an incredibly reasonable price for the headache and frustration I was just spared! The best news? I didn't have to go to a dealer and wait for my car for hours and pay an outrageous price for parts and labor. I'm so happy with the service that was provided. Called a few times. 1pm and 2pm. No answer. So I had to call another store. The same day at 5:45 PM I get a phone call back . My exact words were, " i'm sorry I had to call another store". Trying to be nice. I would've rather gave him the business cause he was right down the street. The guy on the phone just hung up. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody. Had an appointment for 10am-12pm. He called at 8am to confirm. He said, "Call me if anything has changed." Nothing had changed so I did not call . He never showed. I called 3 times and left a message twice to call me. He never did. On the 3rd time he answered and said he called to confirm and I did not call him back so he never came. His confirmation message did not ask I call him. Found a cheaper OEM windshield from Showcase Auto Glass in Ontario. He needs to be more professional and return calls or call again to confirm prior to the appointment. He did not apologize or try to fix the situation. read more

Clay replaced the windshield on my Toyota Tacoma. It was $195 for everything and he came to my house. He was very friendly and got the job done. The windshield has a lifetime warranty and I'll be recommending him to friends and family.
