Have to go to the podiatrist to get $150 ingrown toenail removal. So painful and I'm still healing from it a month after the procedure. I have been coming here for 6 months starting last October 2025. They rush you to fill as many seats as possible, doesn't matter if you schedule ahead and are patient. Never have hot water for pedicures. Some of had two visits where they didn't include a massage after my nails. Why am I paying $100 plus tip? Do better.

Additionally I live out of state and am visiting family in the area so I won't be using their services regularly but Tara took notes on how I liked my brows done so when I come back in the future it'll be done to my preference! I booked a Brow Magic appointment with Tara, and overall I was happy with the service and my brows. My only disappointment was the timing. My appointment was scheduled for 3:45, and I arrived about 10 minutes early. Since there isn't a receptionist, I checked myself in and waited. Around 3:47, Tara popped her head out and let me know she'd need about 7 more minutes, which was completely understandable. However, it ended up being closer to 15 minutes. Around 4, she came out with her previous client, checked her out, and booked her next appointment before bringing me back. I totally understand that appointments can run over, and things happen, but I felt like there wasn't much acknowledgment of the delay or consideration for my time. Thankfully, I didn't have anywhere else I needed to be, but if I had, it could have been frustrating. I think what stood out to me most is that if I had shown up 15 minutes late, I likely would have been charged a fee or asked to reschedule. I believe that same respect for clients' time should go both ways. With that being said, I probably won't be back. The space was beautiful and the shop was cute though.

I have gotten a few other employees doing my nails, and they are amazing, to be honest. The employees here take their time and try their best to deliver, and it's fun talking to them. The pedicures here are amazing. They take their time and even help with ingrown nails. From the basic pedicure to the luxury pedicure, you can never go wrong. The business also uses disposable pedicure tools, so never any cross contamination or unsanitary tools. They just are extremely detailed about every little thing. My boyfriend never got a pedi until I brought him here, and let me tell you, this man is CONVINCED. His feet feel better, especially when he's constantly on his feet, and the massage helps his feet and leg from being so tense. The establishment is remodeling on the inside, nothing too serious, but now it looks cleaner and more organized. The colors and powders are more accessible to costumers and all employees. The layout, all though a small floor plan, is very spacious, light, and inviting. This place is constantly cleaned. I swear to you when it's not too busy for everyone, I see them mopping and wiping everything. I will always recommend this place over and over again.

Sure she recommended serum and I bought it, but what grew back, she destroyed. I did my research and sure enough it is highly recommended NOT to have group lashes glued to your lashes. I stopped going and waited 6 months before I had something for a true professional like Sexy Lexie Lashes to work with. I still have bald spots even after 6 months, but they are growing back. I just say "Buyer Beware!" Unfortunately single lashes is not what fell out, so I strongly disagree.
