My agreement with them was that a protective plastic would be placed on the garage floor (it was new concrete), , IT WAS NOT PLACED. I am not a person to stand over a crew while they work, as I expect professionalism and them doing what they say they are going to do, so I waited until they were finished and I was called out. The first time I was called out, I discovered the plastic I had seen from the porch was not covering the floor but had been used to cover the windows, doors, etc. Which I had been told they would do as well. I was told, well you said you were going to pain the floor. REALLY??? Unfortunately the closed cell foam spray was sticking out over an inch from many of the windows and posts. I requested that they be leveled off, they took a saw to them to level them off. The floor was being broom swept and they did not remove the small drops of insulation or dusting on the floor. So now we have to get a concrete cleaner and scrape the floor and power wash before we can put the epoxy paint down. Outside, pieces of foam was left all over the drive as well. Since it was raining, I can't tell if it will easily come off or needs to be scraped off. I do not know if floor of garage and drive will have to be acid washed to remove any issues with the foam. Not a happy camper. If only they had done what they said especially with the floor I would not have been so disappointed. I understand blowing foam is not a truly contained action so the foam on the ceiling is not as "pretty" as I would have liked, but it is functional. Please know this review is given from a woman's point of view that has only seen this type of insulation on high end homes after construction and it was not like this, but then again this is a metal garage. Kenny and Trent arrived early in the morning and…read moreremoved the old and installed the new system.Kenny was a hard worker and very good technician and Trent, his helper stayed until the job was completed at around 9 pm. They could have used at least another technician to install the furnace and coil which was above my garage. This made it a more difficult installation and, in my opinion, needed more workers to complete the job more efficiently. Both Kenny and Trent were polite and courteous despite the long hours they spent on the job. They also could not put my attic ladder back because they could not replace the high compression gas struts which are needed to close and pull down the ladder. Also, Luiz and Austin, who came back the following day to try to put back my attic ladder but could not do so, gave it their best effort and persevered for several hours. Both Duncan, who was the sales representative, and Derek who came to show me how to use the thermostat both manually and through wi-fi were also very skilled and polite in performing their duties. Finally, a special note to Katie, of the company's administrative staff, who called me promptly and several times after to coordinate the scheduling of the installation of the new ladder that the company ordered and paid for me because parts were no longer available. She stayed on top of this and was very polite and courteous until the ladder was delivered and replaced . I don't know why more people weren't sent to do the initial istallation but I suppose the company had a busy schedule and made the decision in their best interest. Overall, I would recommend this company based on my experience.
