They make me feel like I'm working out with my two older sisters that I never had. And they go beyond Just an exercise class. They offer coaching and guidance for women in my age range, who have kind of lost themselves and don't really know how to stay motivated through their fitness journey. Here is why he is great...he meets outside so he is COVID safe (wears a mask), brings all the equipment except for the mat, he uses the park as the gym, but most importantly he tailors the workout to my specific needs. He offers a mix of cardio and strengthening and toning. He challenges you to be your best self. I love his sense of humor which for me is so needed!
