What a racket this place is. Just an FYI, the first visit there is no adjustment. The exact words that the doctor told me were, 'we don't do adjustments on the first visit'. You're going to be "evaluated", which is pretty much getting some little roller device to measure your spine up and down, in order to print out a paper with different color areas where you have areas to work on. Which is something I know, because I know where my pain is.  Then they'll put you face flat on a bed to do a little light touching and to point out where the issue is according to the print out.  They do a couple of movements in order to balance out your feet,  but no adjustment  still in pain I asked the doctor several times to please adjust me and to relieve some tension, but it was in thru one ear out the other  I spoke with the doctor a couple days later to confirm my appointment with me. I told her how i felt and was reluctant to go again because i dont have the time and money to just be  "evaluated". She said it's a process and blah..blah..blah... and I asked her will I be adjusted and have my areas of pain relieved and have my back cracked and she literally told me, 'the adjustments will start on your next visit'. Hence my review today My 2nd visit, the doctor does the same thing. You go into her office and she tells you again the same story about the areas that you need to work on. Then the doctor leaves to adjust someone.  Then her secretary comes in and breaks down the package and cost it'll be and what will be billed to your insurance company so now, after dicsussing the pricing, I'm feeling happy because they move you yo a room and put you on a bed that moves your spine and they put a hot towel on your back And im thinking, 'ok, they're loosing up my back to have it cracked and adjusted. But It was the same BS story. I feel it where it needs to be cracked when she touches me and she tells me, 'it won't let me adjust because of the tension blocking me and it's going to take time....blah..blah I know it takes time to heal and you have several visits to make. But i pleaded with the doctor and i confirmed the adjustments to where i need my back cracked and tension relief before I went for the 2nd visit.  But nothing was done.  Depends on your insurance, but I shelled out seventy-five dollars for my copay on both visits.  All this place does is rack up the cost to deplete what your insurance covers and that for me is 17 visits What A WASTE of time and money. read more

I started feeling better right away. i just continued going Every week for maintenance it really helps you stay healthy. I purchased a Groupon for a chiropractic treatment package after checking out the website for Dynamic Chiropractic Center. I'm always a little hesitant to try a new chiropractor, but the website had me convinced that this office has been around for awhile, has competent doctors, and is legit! My Groupon allowed me to have an evaluation visit followed by 3 adjustment visits. On my first visit, I found the location easily and was happy to see the pleasant office. The front desk person is extremely professional in person and on the phone. All information about the office and visits is put on the table right away, which I liked because it left no questions unanswered. She has you read some very brief passages on each visit and answer questions on it, which feels a little silly, but at the same time, it's good to understand what you're doing there in the first place. I had X-rays and a spinal scan done and reviewed the results on my second visit. My X-ray was a little scary (is my spine really that crooked?!), and I thought that the results could be presented in a less dramatic way. Still, I appreciated that the doctor emphasized that it was not a dire situation, just one that needed some work. If you've ever had a chiropractic adjustment, you know what I mean when I say that was my favorite part of the visits. Today was my fourth and final Groupon visit and my husband says that I seem taller after each adjustment (which is awesome since I could really use any help I can get in the height department). I plan to continue going to Dynamic Chiropractic as they are covered by my insurance. I feel extrememly comfortable with Dr. Tovar, which is extremely important when someone is cracking your neck! I would recommend this office. You have to put up with a little holistic healing talk, but nothing too bad. Go get adjusted! read more

Dr. Tovar is a life saver honestly. I had a pretty bad fall that ended up pinching a nerve in my spine so badly I could barely move and would cry from being in so much pain. I could barely sleep from the pain. I went to the urgent care and then to the ER. After hours of being in the ER, where practically nothing was done and that ended up costing well over $10,000, they told me nothing could be done and that I was going to be in pain for the rest of my life and I would have to go to a pain management center. I asked for a referral to a chiropractor since it was spine related and the doctor at the ER told me "chiropractors can't do anything" and she just repeated that I need to go to pain management and take a bunch of pills from now on. That sounded horrible to me so I looked for a chiropractor on my own, Finding Dr Tovar. I went in and everyone was incredibly friendly and professional, which was a major change from being at the ER. They scanned by body and it showed all the messed up nerves from the fall. Several of which were at the highest levels of pain. Dr Tovar did the first adjustment, and that night I was actually able to sleep through the night without waking up in severe pain. I didn't have to take a fist full of pain pills the next day. With each adjustment I became significantly better and I am now totally without pain, and have full range of motion again. One thing Dr Tovar said to me was that it's her goal to get her patients to not need to come back. Which was the entire opposite of the hospitals health goals for me. She wanted me to actually get better, and that is an amazing thing. Although I will go back for preventive care/maintenance now that I know how important something I've ignored for basically my whole life is. I am so entirely grateful to Dr Tovar, the impact she made in stopping the pain and giving me back my range of motion will always be appreciated. La Doctora Tovar honestamente me salvo la vida. Después de horas en la sala de emergencias, durante las cuales no se me hizo nada, pero que termino costando $10,000, me dijeron que no había nada que hacer y que sentiría este dolor el resto de mi vida y que tenia que ir a un centro de manejo del dolor. Don't even know where to begin with this review; Dr. Aura is your modern-day miracle worker. For over a year, I was dealing with medical issues that for some reason, was going over the head of every type of practitioner I would visit. Nobody, and I mean, nobody was able to figure out what was wrong with me. I would visit general doctors, gastroenterologists, proctologists...none ever had answers for what was wrong with me. Some going as far as even saying that it was all in my head. But for a year, I struggled, I struggled with sleep deprivation, appetite loss, maintaining my weight, inability to exercise, just constantly being sick. My mental health was diminishing because of the inconsistency of my symptoms and the lack of help I was receiving. And then finally, to add to the enormous plate of problems that I was already dealing with, I started to suffer from this really terrible pinching in my back and neck. Needless to say, I was over it and decided to look into chiropractic care. Now, finding Dr. Aura had nothing to do with all of my previous symptoms and problems I had been dealing with. No, I just wanted to make the pain in my back go away, at the VERY LEAST that. Having experience with other chiropractors in my past, I knew that with enough regular adjustments I could ease or even stop the pain. So, I contacted my insurance and found that not only was Dynamic Chiropractic only a short drive from my home, they also accepted my insurance. I made my first appointment immediately. The initial appointment, a one-on-one with Dr. Aura, you will sit down and discuss what's been going on, any pains or discomfort you've been feeling and what treatment plan works best for you. She also does a few tests that will address, and diagnose what exactly is happening with your body and how her treatments are going to benefit you. She is very thorough and explains everything very plainly. It's fantastic. Here's the best part: After I had received the results from the first visit I was, needless to say, shocked, astonished, and honestly, even relieved to find out, that the likely cause of EVERYTHING and I do mean everything, that I had been experiencing for over a year...was due to my spine being poorly aligned. HOWEVER, I did not know that at first. Like I mentioned before, it was likely, but I did now understand why my back hurt so much. I began to adjust on a weekly basis, 3 times a week for the first two months. After each visit, Dr. Aura gives you homework, she explains to you what exactly she had adjusted, and how this adjustment is going to affect your overall health. It can sound confusing to someone with little to no chiropractic experience, but the 'homework' she gives, explains everything more thoroughly so you can follow along with your progress. Consistency is key. And just like that, with each visit, I began to notice a change. Subtle at first, less pain, the pinch in my back slowly dissipating...and then tremendous amounts of change. So much so that it actually had me quite emotional. I was finally sleeping, my appetite returned with a vengeance, I was no longer sick or getting sick. I started gaining weight again and could even exercise. My goodness, I literally felt like an enormous weight had been lifted off of me and I was finally returning to feeling like a normal guy in his twenties. It was as if Dr. Aura had just removed all the negative gunk drowning me internally and I felt again flooded with light and life. Dr. Aura had given me so much. She returned my health back to me. Here I am, months later from my initial visit and you would not be able to tell that I went through what I did. For an entire year, I struggled through a battle that I felt I was hopelessly losing, it was so difficult, nobody could help me, nobody understood the pain I was going through. But, just like that, she unexpectedly came to the rescue and literally turned the battle around. She reminded me every visit that I could and was going to win. And I did. Because I now feel better than I have felt in a long time. All thanks to her. If you feel like you need chiropractic care, be it because of an aching back, a stiff neck, strange feelings in your hips or legs. I strongly recommend visiting Dynamic Chiropractic Center. You could go in to have one issue resolved and find out that any other underlying issues you did not think had to do with a misaligned spine, were in direct correlation with that exactly. And Dr. Aura will take care of you. She will help you conquer these issues. Visiting the chiropractor is often overlooked by everyone. Nobody ever thinks that a misaligned spine can cause so many issues. But it does. So do yourself a favor, if you are hurting and want genuine results... Make an appointment at this office. I have been going to Dynamic Chiropractic for about 10 years. I have followed them even when they have changed locations. I have had some injuries that I have sustained in my neck and back while working out in the gym. I could have gone to the hospital for the quick fix and probably end up hooked on prescription pain relievers. I am so glad I did not go the same route that my other friends and family have gone by masking the pain with opiates.
