I had a coupon from either the mail or door to door delivery. I'm still researching the details…read more BUT after calling to inquire they had same day appointments available. In retrospect that should've been suspect... Roy, the tech (?) came & hooked up the suction unit, then told me I had mold in the ac handler. Trying to up sell me, which I wasn't in the market to buy. He copped an attitude & sat in the truck while the cleaning pursued. Two days later my newer Trane unit shut off. The Nest thermostat said the power to rc wire was off. My regular ac tech had done a tune up 2 weeks before & came out to check it. I told him of the duct work. He looked for a blockage he might've missed and found none. He suspected the pan under the unit had been cracked in retribution. This is costing $800 to $900 in repairs. The Blue Air Duct Cleaning receipt's phone #s are disconnected and address shows located in Orlando. I'm going to investigate more through the BBB and see if this company has anything to do with my experience. Until then, buyer beware!
