Maytag game, you dryer is fine. Come to fine out they put in the wrong one, and short circuited all of the wires. The fire department had to come, soot all over the place. The system has not been working rightj since, and they do not care. Alls they wanted was the money. They never provided me with a thermostat, saw one on the shelf and used it. Zero stars is appropriate. Air conditioning went out about 7 pm last night (8/26/23). Purchased unit in 2018 with 10 yr. warranty. Husband called phone number & had to leave message. No return call received as of this morning. Husband sent text message with no response. I sent text message this afternoon requesting an emergency business referral for service. Received immediate response to call same phone number which never returned original call. Called and response was to leave message. It is 90 degrees in house at 4:40 pm on one of the hottest days of the year & my husband just had a pacemaker placed on 8/25/23 & should not have to endure this heat. The bottom line is if you can't plan your emergencies in advance during their office hours then you are out of luck. My advice is to call anybody else for your air conditioning needs! read more

We had our annual system service last week. The service seemed to be ok and we were told everything was ready to go. That evening we found we had no ac. We called 4 times that evening for service. Belleview's recording said they would call back if receiving an out of hour call. This didn't happen until the next day at 9 am. A different service tech came out and had our system up and running quickly. He reported that the drain was plugged and caused the system to fail. I reported his analysis and findings to the office. Even I know the line needs to be clear. Somehow the drain that was clear before our system was serviced became plugged within hours of the annual service. read more

This company I bought an air condition call train, in 2015. I've always had my air condition maintenance done every year. Just had this done two to three months ago. And couldn't reach anybody over the weekend left a message on Saturday. Had to get another company to come out and fix my unit. I'm very disappointed if I knew this company was that bad I would have went with another company to get an air conditioner. I rate this company a zero. It cost me $350 to have a company other than them to come out on Saturday. We have disabled people living here and need our air. They sat on the phone we can't reimburse you. And she hung up on me Sherry. Not very professional. I guess I'll be going with another company now to do my maintenance they'll catch everything. read more

Had used their services for AC maintenance and called them when the system needed replacing. The staff was profesional, cleaned up after the work, left the area looking perfect. The new unit is everything we wanted: quiet, efficient. Will rely on them for future maintenance and will not hesitate in recommending their services. 20190702 Update: needed duct system replaced and these guys are the best ever. Very satisfied with this company. We have an AC unit that I'm sure is over 10 years old. We had an issue last year where the fan kept blowing continuously. They came out very quickly. Our unit is in the attic and I had never been up there, very tight space. The tech was very helpful give us our options and Recommended an inexpensive part that would fix the problem. I have no idea what is in the attic and he could have made up all kinds of stuff to make extra money, but I felt like he was very honest with us. We haven't had any problems since. In fact they just came out today to do the yearly maintenance on the AC unit. It was only $112 and that includes three service calls for the year (excluding any work That would be to be done). Pretty good deal I think. Family owned company. We like working with these guys. read more

They installed the AC in our new house a few years ago. The crew was very professional and courteous. Our installation was difficult because of the shallow roof line they had to crawl into tight spaces in the attic, but they did a great job, everything neat and tidy, they cleaned up up after they're done. Over the years, whenever there had been any issue (always with the Trane thermostat and software problem), a real human being answered the phone immediately. If the problem can be fixed (like reset the thermostat), the person who answer the phone was knowledgeable enough to walk us through how to reset it and then it works again -- no charge. I was very pleased with the helpfulness of the lady who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. She suggested ways to save me money and she gave me an appointment the day following the afternoon I called. The repairman called ahead, arrived at the promised time and efficiently solved my issue. I was not over-charged or told I needed something "extra" as often happens with service calls. In fact I was encouraged to keep my unit (18 years old) until it died and told approximately how much a replacement might cost. I was told how to keep my unit running as efficiently as possible until it gives up the ghost. I will continue to use Belleview Heating & Air for my air conditioning needs and highly recommend them. read more

I had a complete new heating & air system (including ductwork) installed in my house by Belleview Heating & Air and I'm very pleased with the results. I had taken estimates and while other companies were quite willing to do the work for less, nobody wanted to replace the original ductwork which was 35 plus years old. When I saw what condition the old ducts were in, I was positive I'd chosen the right company. Robert explained exactly what they were going to do and answered all my questions. Chris and Brandon showed up on the first day ready to work, were very pleasant, professional and totally cleaned up and removed the funky old ductwork. The complete job was done in 3 days. I think my house is ready for a typical Florida Summer thanks to the good folks at Belleview Heating & Air. I recommend them highly. read more

Had a warranty service call. The Technician (Curtis) did not have the part on his truck. He left and retrieved the part and returned. One hour. Installed the part. His total on-site time was about 30 minutes. He was then instructed by Sherry Fowler and Dawn Lynne Kitzmiller to bill for the travel time to retrieve the part. In speaking with Dawn, it was obvious that she only sees numbers and not the customer. Think twice before dealing with this business. read more

Excellent Service. Professional educational approach to sales with no pressure. Family owned business which takes a lot of pride in their personal brand and expertise. Employees were respectful, neat and quiet. Last but no least HONEST. I just had my 19 year old heating and air-conditioning unit replaced in my house. It was still operating, but was expensive to run. Lee who is one of the owners spent at least 2 and a half hours with me discussing options for my home. They came when they said they would and got the entire job done in one day. I should also mention that they were referred to me by a friend who felt the same way about them. About a year ago - before I lived in FL my daughter who lives in Ocala had problems with her AC in her condo. I called Belleview and they went over and called me and said that her unit has a slow leak and they put in a few pounds of coolant. I fully expected them to tell me she needed a new unit as the condo is over 20 years old. They said it would probably last a few more years. Last - while the guys were here at my home, a neighbor stopped by (who I don't really know) - rang the bell and told me I picked the right company. He said his unit was down about 2 years ago and was told by the first place he called he needed a new unit. He was then told by a neighbor to call Belleview. They fixed his problem for $250. Honest, involved in the community and planning and inspection boards ... and very well run. read more

I do not write reviews but felt I needed to due to the circumstances. I would start out say the staff both office and tech were nice and friendly. The repair man told me the gas valve was out on my furnace and needed to be replaced, the quote $287.00 plus the $85.00 service charge. They told me they would need to order the valve and it would be a few days before they would have it. I was able to find the valve in Ocala and paid $125.00 and replaced it myself, this did not fix the problem. So I called them back and let them know it was still not working and needed them to come back out and was informed it would be two days before they could get back out but they would put me on the call list if they could come sooner. They did suggest another company they work with but I expressed I did not want to pay another service fee for someone to come out and look at it again. I expressed I was not in die or need of it being fixed and when they could make it out would be fine. This is when I have the problem, a short time later they call me back and informed me they would still need to charge me another service fee of $85.00 because they did not install the new gas valve. I would think at this point establishing a new customer would be much more important then $85.00. It's not like there are a hundred different ways to install a gas valve but if $85.00 is more important than establishing a new customer I will need to pass. read more
