I was told if there were any issues Becky would call me. Never got a call. A new gentleman shows up today and tries to charge us $70. So I call again. My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? The manager from the beginning of the conversation was argumentative and justifying the wording and pricing every which way he could. I told the manager I was going to leave a bad review and his response was "go ahead and leave a bad review I'll write right back to it". At this point he was yelling at me and I proceeded in a raised voice to point out that his customer service was not good. At this point he started justifying his reactions. It clearly is not what it seems on their website and gosh I would hate to have to deal with them if they happen to ruin any of the items they clean.
