The serviceman showed up before the scheduled time, looked extremely professional and detailed what he would be doing to my couch. I had set in pet stains and some normal wear, He was able to remove everything. The owner came by, just for a quality check, and further assisted his employee. I am sorry this service did not work for us. We were told it would dry in an hour or two and even with fans, air purifier and A/C with humidity control the smell is becoming musty after a couple days. The stains, even recent ones were not removed, even though the stain removal kit was supposedly used. We had moved some really heavy furniture to get this done and vacuumed as instructed before the treatment but we will need to hire another company and move the furniture again. No bother replying to us. I think this service cannot deal with pet stains and the technician was not well informed about how slow the liquid dries. I would just suggest 24 hours before moving furniture back for people who hire them. read more

Update: after posting my review i was contacted about my issue. They have since came out to deodorize the room. Carpet was cleaned but pet stains only stayed away for 1-2 weeks before smell reappearing. I let the company know after and never received a refund or a call to reclean. The tech was nice and hardworking. But she left clumps of balled carpet fingers all over the place because her vacuum wasn't working and vacuuming that up was a real pain for me because it kept clogging up my vacuum. The carpet looked good when she left but the stains reappeared as it dried. They were significantly lighter and in fairness to them I did decline all the up charges I was offered so maybe if you got these add on services your results would be better. read more

Every year during spring time cleaning, we have hired a company to wash the carpets in our living room and 3 bedrooms. Last spring I was talking to a friend of mine about how frustrating it was the our carpets couldn't be walked on for almost a full 24 hours because they were wet. She suggested I try Oxi Fresh. She had been using them, and swore by them. My husband and I decided to give them a try, and boy are we glad we did! Not only was the worker extremely polite and knowledgeable, he explained that because they use a low moisture system that scrubs the carpet vs. pushing water into it, our carpets would be dry to walk on in just over an hour. After he was done, (I was amazed by how quickly and thoroughly he worked) my family left for dinner and came back home about an hour and a half later, and we were amazed that our carpets not only looked absolutely incredible, they were dry!
