After getting frustrated without resolution, owner came out and and screamed fxxx you 3 times in a row at the top of his lungs. don't make the same mistake and go elsewhere! this owner or manager is not a business man. and no one wanted to give me his name. how he has more good reviews than bad ones is baffling to me. after reading 911 hackjob response. yes there was a tmobile disruption. however my phone still does'nt have any text or phone network. Everytime your company screws something up, by accident or dishonest upsell, you will always have the excuse of blaming the guy who supposedly was internally into the item previously. a person would'nt know this after you already opened the item up! Understand, everything worked except blurry close pictures before i came in. I now have nothing. Bought another phone. This outfit had no response to ruining my phone. No insurance, loaner phone, and was yelled "fuk you" 3 times in a row by some creep, who would not tell me his name. Previously, when walked in back to lock my sensitive files. i noticed how discustingly dirty this shop was. electronic shops should be virtually sterile. This is not acceptable. Thank you Absolute Computer Systems for being the helping hand to someone who is not all that computer savvy. It is very comforting to know that your services are just a phone call away. If a techician is not available at the time of my phone call, they get back to you within a very short time-frame. While on the phone, the technician has always solved my problem in a very courteous and professional manner. It in no way feels like those frustrating calls to your cable company where you have to take a day off of work and pack a lunch just to get a minor problem corrected. Great customer service. Their remote monitoring & maintenance service is great piece of mind and very affordable. They are the first call for any computer or networking issue we every come across. They keep us up and running and get us back quickly when we have a failure. Really appreciate the personal service they give us. Also saved us a lot on upgrading our video monitoring system. We had an old system in place that was slow and hard to replay and the new one Tom installed has double the camera options and set us up for remote viewing on our smart phones. very convenient. I purchased a computer the first week of September 2025, and from the time I bought it until I finally called the store to report the issues the computer was having was approximately 9 weeks. I had been having all sorts of problems with this computer (I have a list of 8 different problems which I explained), and the individual I spoke to blamed me for all of them. Then, in addition to that, he accused me of not paying for their subscription service even though I had already paid when I purchased the computer and had an active credit card on file for the following monthly subscription fees. Then he accused me of yelling at him which I was not (my sister heard the whole conversation) and in the end just hung up on me. So now I am stuck with this piece of junk computer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE - if there is a problem it will be your fault and you will not get any real help.
