We just had to order another stone from somewhere else, because Sartin never did any work on the stone. The stone was paid for. In full. And after 7 months no delivery. Shameful. Let me be clear -- when a family is grieving, they don't want excuses, they want compassion and professionalism. I even called and left a message for the owner, and to this day have NEVER received a call back. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how little they value families in their care. The only bright spot was Carl -- the ONLY person at this establishment who acted like he had some sense and helped hold us together during this chaos. Honestly, I wouldn't let them bury my goldfish. You'd be better off buying an acre of land, grabbing a shovel, lighting a bonfire, and burying your loved one yourself. That would be handled with more care than what we experienced here.
