We had some drainage/waterproofing issues that needed addressed, and when I found out the scope of their skills, we also hired them for a laundry list of things I had on my wish list since moving in a few years ago. These folks did it all for us! For starters, they repaired a brick wall in our front yard, installed a new sump pump drain pipe and exit, re-worked some existing exterior waterproofing that had been done sloppily in the past, and added a new concrete pad and drain by our back door. They even helped us track down an underground gutter leak and replaced the broken pipe. The showpiece job, however, is the stunning stone retaining wall, that they meticulously built by hand, across the back yard along with the new cement parking pad and stamped concrete border tapering it to our existing drive. The pictures don't do it justice (attached is a "before" photo for reference). Everything was done with great care and precision, using high-quality materials. The owner of the company, Deborah, was a gem to work with. She is super-passionate about the environment and the quality of work her company does. We worked with Gerardo and he was also fantastic. He had great ideas and suggestions in terms of practicality and design. He was also flexible with a few adjustments along the way. We picked up approximately 30 pavers once we started laying the pavers we decided to just do the front walk and a small walk in the back and illuminate the walk down the side of the house this left approximately 10 pavers that we did not use at $36 apiece plus tax approximately $400 worth of pavers we wanted to return when we tried to return them we were then told they do not return anything mind you there's no signage and nothing on the receipt this is a stock item that's sitting in the parking lot we loaded it not them and we were willing to unload it not them but they would not even consider a restocking fee they just said no and when we told him that we were not use them anymore that that was a little ridiculous for a future customer they said that's fine so if we as a contracting company and a remodeler are treated this way how do you think you're going to be treated I would find somewhere else to buy your products these people are shysters
