Aside from being very friendly, he was very professional - and prepared. I was surprised that he had already reviewed my record and my imaging before I came into the appointment - and remembered it. This is not the type of doctor that is fumbling about, trying to figure out what is going on as the patient waits. He was ready to go, which allowed him to have plenty of time to offer thorough explanations and listen to all the questions and thoughts I had. I never felt rushed - in fact, he specifically asked if I had asked all of my questions before I left. He also is incredibly skilled at what he does. He knows the thyroid better than anyone. It takes a long time to get an appointment with him, but it is worth it. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I have not consistently received good health care in Spokane, but Dr. Cathcart is one shining exception.

I was highly upset when u got this. I called and was given no explanation or call back. I am now in collections for $220!!! Had they billed at the appropriate times I would have been able to contact my insurance and get it squared away! Besides that they didn't take my copay several times and said it wasn't required due to my double coverage! I received one bill, for a years worth of charges and dates of services and no call back and am now in collections with valley empire. Do not use these unprofessional people as your medical providers!! Aside from the long wait times and finally switching to a new doctor before even getting this bill - they are beyond unprofessional. So upset! Billing practices need to be monitored! This is a fraudulent company! Stick with smaller offices not these big agencies that are money hungry and do not follow proper billing procedures!! Left voicemail after voicemail and never received a call back. Here's the kicker, I posted a 3 star google review back in February 2020 (after waiting a month for a return call) and this past Friday (May 1st, after many more voicemails in March and April) I received a certified letter saying that I "self discharged" from their practice as of the date of my google review. In short the office basically tells me that leaving negative reviews impacts their business and because of that review they considered me no longer a patient. The letter also states that they tried numerous times to call me back after I posted the review which is a blatant LIE. I am not the type of person who is going to leave a negative review just because and I'm certainly not the person who is going to dodge phone calls from a doctors office that I so desperately needed! The medication made me feel like garbage! I called numerous times and did NOT get ONE call back! Best part - they were able to get my review removed from google! So, if you wonder why they only have 6 or 7 reviews on google it's because they have the negative ones deleted! He has been seeing my 20 month old for the last 9 months. Every visit she has left smiling. She is talked to, not spoken over. He listens & answers every question. Is sure to respond to every concern to make sure we are comfortable. The office is always quick to get us seen, easy to schedule with, very clean and staff are always friendly. Every other healthcare bill I've ever had will always just accept your insurance card and then contact your insurance for you and get the information you need. Billing is also only handled through people in a different time zone with bad hours. I don't have an appointment. I have a referral to make one in February of next year. There was no action to take, just the robot . On Sunday. When they are closed. The last time I had an appointment they called constantly with reminders. While I was at work, sleeping, on weekends. Not actually calling for information just constant robot reminders. I know there is no other choice here for imaging but this is a real PIA
