This went back and forth, a couple times, as the problem only happened sporadically and was hard to diagnose. Eventually it was determined that there was an unknown problem (maybe from the manufacturer), but K2 went ABOVE and BEYOND to make it right. They replaced the malfunctioning mower, with a NEW one! We will definitely go back to them for all of our agricultural needs!

I had to take it back in April 2025 for the same problem. I just got it back in October. They kept telling me they were waiting on parts. I called the manufacture about three weeks ago hoping to help speed things along. I was told by them that no request for parts or warranty work had been made. Every time I called K2 to get an update, no one ever knew anything and said they would have someone call me back. I never received any call backs. Finally they called to tell me I could pick it up. I've had the UTV for 30 months. K2 has had it for 13 of those months. Definitely do not recommend them for repair work.

We bought the mower from them (even though we could have purchased it from Lowe's for $400 less), because we wanted to support a local business. Although they claimed they "service what they sell" that was NOT our experience. Their customer service department was rude and unprofessional. A significant part broke (a belt) during the first 11 hours of use! When we contacted the company, we were passed around to several different employees, with NO solution to the problem. When they say they "service what they sell" they are lying. If your goal to purchase a quality product from a company that cares about their customers, look elsewhere, you will be disappointed if you attempt to use the Harris Trading Company.
