Please read thoroughly…read more I contacted Miss Linn when my father was in hospice care and given 30 days to live. He is now in his last stages of life and I needed a trust drawn up immediately. They did come through very quickly, but don't think that didn't come at a cost, they charged $250 travel fee to come to my parents house in the villages literally 2 miles from where they're at. They proceeded to charge them $2500 for a family trust to Drawn up. One of the most crucial things that if not, the most important was to contact all their financial institutions. The binder was left on our doorstep with all of their financial information in it, and when I went through it, I noticed that two letters needed to be sent to Vanguard And first Citizens Bank when I emailed Maria the paralegal she absolutely was incredibly rude to me, said that I had to mail them mind you the letters didn't even have the address of the institutions on them. It was left blank. I had no idea that I was to send these papers. I was paralegal in Pennsylvania, and this was never common practice. The law firm is paid to do this kind of work then I received a message from Miss Linn . She called me on my phone was incredibly rude and she even has a parent in hospice or in a caretaker position when I said, I didn't feel that it was my job to contact these financial institutions and my parents were 85 and cannot drive. She was highly offended, but then offered to help me bring them back and they would mail them out. We thought that everything was in order until yesterday. We had visited my dad in the hospice house and he has just days to live and she called Vanguard to make sure they had received their letters. Yes, in fact they did, but they sent only the instructions not the form to add Transfer over to the beneficiary of his funds. He has two accounts, so nothing was in order. This should've been taken care of first and foremost, but it was not. I emailed Maria and I told her they can even call me if they need to yell at me for nothing. Catherine Lynn said that she did us a favor by drawing up this trust in such a limited time she didn't know such favor we paid her in full with a check close to $3000. In fact, we had to write a separate check for the 250 travel fee. I contacted Pittman law and my my family extended family has used them for their trust and I should have stuck with my gut and used Pittman Linn did not complete the necessary paperwork to send to the financial institutions and left us behind the eight ball as we are now in the final stage of my dad's life. Fortunately they sent the form over and I have to overnight it forever $50 myself while dealing with the grief of losing my father My mother, Marlene Hornick, and I do not recommend this firm I'm sure they will try to get this taken down, but it will just be reposted under my mother's name Do your homework ask a lot of questions, but I suggest using another firm
