In less than a year, William Grant single handedly watched and participated in the breakdown, division and ultimate destruction of a community's association. The Chronicle printed an article highlighting the mass resignation of the entire board under Grant's management on December 18th, 2024. During Grant's final appearance at the community's civic association, he announced his resignation. Sam, the interim president, instructed a woman to ask Grant a question regarding voting and Grant smugly answered, "I'm not even answering you." This was disrespectful and not what members expect from an attorney who is handsomely compensated for his supposed expertise. During a recess at the meeting, Grant passed by this same woman and another member and she took the opportunity to tell Grant she wished him luck and was glad he was leaving. Grant then decided to instruct two deputies to remove this sixty year old 5 foot 2 inch woman from the meeting because of a bruised ego. He continued to create a ruckus and demand, "a name" for his report. William Grant uses his authority to bully, harass and take revenge on others. He gets away with this because he practices in a small rural town. His unethical behavior would not be tolerated in a professional community. Don't walk, run. Here's your report, Grant.

My mother is, apparently, a client of theirs…read more They broke confidentiality laws by not being able to keep addresses straight and I actually learned about my mother's future estate planning and legal wishes via them sending her confidential paperwork to my address rather than her selected heir/POA/etc. Not only did they fail to safeguard their client's confidentiality/privacy, but the correspondence sent had a litany of spelling errors. Also, they sent only the signature page of a multipage document asking the designee to sign it in front of a notary. Essentially, they gave the designee no chance to review the contract they wanted them to sign. They also asked that the designee, at his/her own expense, pay for a notary. I am a paralegal and notary at my own firm- this simply is unethical and bad business. You are being paid for a service, you can work with them to get it notarized. You also absolutely do not have someone sign a notary page accepting a contract without even sending them the contract. I'm not sure who the attorney overseeing Gina Mann is but if I did, they would have a board complaint against them because an attorney is legally responsibly for the negligence and misdoings of their legal staff. Confidentiality and competence are basic tenants of the client-attorney privilege and relationship. Please don't let this firm take advantage of your elderly family. Also, the day after I submitted my complaint, my information was leaked to the dark web- not sure if it was also this firm but is a hell of a coincidence if not
