I got a text from Tylor the next morning saying that he had come over, and the lawn had been mowed. I felt terrible, and I offered to pay him anyway. He was very kind and understanding. He said to just give him a call if I ever needed help with my lawn. I will definitely call him again. Not only is it nice to know that the person working for you is conscientious, but it is also nice to reward people for their kind, unselfish acts.

I hired Eric Rodriguez on April 28, 2026 to replace my wood fence and paid $3,800 upfront for materials, with the remaining balance due upon completion. The fence was promised to be completed by May 10th (Mother's Day weekend). To date, the project is still not finished. The old fence was removed, and the fence posts and cross beams were installed, but no fence pickets have been put up. For weeks I was told, "Your fence will be done this week," but the work never happened. For the last two weeks, I have called, texted, and messaged with no response. I even requested a partial refund so I could purchase the remaining materials and hire someone else to finish the job. I have received no reply. Additionally, my neighbor's sprinkler system was damaged during the fence removal process, and they have also been unable to get a response regarding repairs. They came by same day to assess our issue as well as ideas we had. We had a sprinkler valve broken/flooding our yard and they quickly assessed and had it fixed. They then tackled a few projects we had been needing to get done including additional drip lines for some new plants and raised garden beds. They had trees ranging from 5 to 10 feet, with a number of different styles available. I'm not smart enough to be able to tell The difference between different types of Pinetree's, but the dude working here was definitely able to... That or he was lying to me very convincingly. Inside are plenty of garden related accompaniments and signage for inside and outside your house. The next time I need a specific house plant, assign declaring that this is a secret garden, or some bulbs for perennials (is that right?) I definitely know where to go!
